Probably the best most professional experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop. Super clean and neat inside and out and wonderful service from the staff if I ever need services in the future i definitely know where I’ll be going

Don’t go here. I almost spent $150 an hour for them to diagnose the noise coming from my wheel. A neighboring Les Schwab did it for free and had better availability.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The team at Les Schwab in Lake Stevens turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
After another tire shop told me my damaged tire couldn’t be repaired and that I needed to purchase four new tires, I came to Les Schwab for a second opinion. Before I even made it inside, a gentleman greeted me with a warm smile and was so kind to my children. Inside, another associate welcomed us, offered me coffee, and offered my kids popcorn and coloring pages. We immediately felt welcome and taken care of.
They checked my tires, showed me that my tread measured a 9 rather than the 7 I had been told elsewhere, and said the damaged tire appeared repairable. After just a short wait, they were able to fix it, and we were on our way!
I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help. They saved me from purchasing four tires I didn’t need and treated my family with genuine care. Thank you, Lake Stevens Les Schwab—you’ve earned my trust and future business!

I truly wanted to do my best to stay loyal to the same tire and brake repair place in Lake Stevens and take my car here every time things go south or something sounds off with my car. When a free suspension inspection and small repair is provided as well as a complimentary tire repair, I figured why not go to the same place and stay loyal.. But when I decide to do my own brakes at home after having struts, control arms, and tires inspected previously at Les Schwab LS, everything was incredibly over-torqued, making the process incredibly difficult for us to get everything off. And not only this, but one of the right side brake bolts/lug nuts was stripped so badly, we couldn't get it out for 2-3 hours and had to buy two brand new wheel studs along with brand new lug nuts for the vehicle, and no one from Les Schwab had communicated anything to me about this while I was there more than once in the past. Transparency is key in a business, not rushing to get jobs done and stripping bolts and over-torquing everything. Not only this, but my friend had also informed me a LS Les Schwab tech took their brother's VW with a dash cam, on an unapproved joyride when it was supposed to be a normal test drive, not "How fast and recklessly can I drive this car?" Be careful who you entrust your vehicles with, because I will no longer be taking my vehicle here and advise anyone reading this to do the same. Shame on you Les Schwab Lake Stevens, do better with customer transparency, and ensuring things are torqued to the right specifications per individual vehicle.

Love the warranty on the tires . But must of had a new guy work on my truck he cross thread two of the lug nuts and one started turning the stud so it won't go on or come off and broke the other one so I left there with 4 of the 6 ug nuts and one that wouldn't come off so it I get another flat on that tire I would be sol
