I have always had great experiences going to Autozone to figure out and fix issues with my car. And my experience with Alex at store 3725 in Snohomish, WA was no exception. I was having issues with my ignition sequence and Alex took great care to help me hunt down the issue and ultimately get the right parts for the job and run diagnostics. I am beyond grateful to Alex and the many, many great Autozoners who have always helped reduce the stress of unexpected care trouble; THANK YOU!

**DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE** The manager and employees were extremely rude, Racism and unprofessional. Three days ago, I ordered a power window switch for my car and paid an additional fee for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the vendor never shipped the order. AutoZone then sent me a text message instructing me to return to the store for a refund. When I went back to request the refund, the situation became very unpleasant. The manager was rude, argumentative, racism and refused to handle the matter professionally. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and helping process the refund, he raised his voice yelling at me and He walked towards me to attack me and made comments about my nationality, which was completely irrelevant to the issue. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. The manager eventually kicked me out of the store, and even after I left, he continued standing outside and yelling at me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Came by because my check engine light came on and Makenzie helped me! He went above and beyond by coming out to my car and finding the problem but also ensured that everything else was looking in the right condition. A very hard working, friendly and generous person!
