    Make sure they actually do the stuff the day they completed on your receipt!!! They did not fill up the tires,(I have two tires that are about 15-20 psi below the 35 recommended, the same amount I had prior to going in for the oil change) they did not wash the exterior of the windows. They did not check any of the other fluids or my air filter. I know my air filter needs to be replaced and they would have known that as well had they checked. And because they did not, I will be going elsewhere to have it replaced. They did not check lights or anything. I was not given any options on type of oil either, was just told a price. At this point I think I will also have somewhere else check to make sure my oil filter was even changed. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube. There are several other places in the area as well as other Jiffy Lubes. And a few of those are also cheaper and actually do all those other things that this Jiffy Lube did not. I am thankful they did not try to upsell any and everything, but I do know what is needed, and the fact the receipt said all these things were done and check and they were not. They did miss out on out a few added products, as well as a return customer.

    I was so happy with the service at this Jiffy Lube location! Very kind people who are well qualified. They even cleaned my windshield which has never happened to me at an oil change! I was in and out of there within probably 12 minutes. Thanks to the team for such great service!!

    I came in here a few weeks ago for an oil change and had many problems. The first issue I ran into was the wait time. Nate came outside and told me it would be about fifteen minutes until they could start my oil change. He then proceeded to struggle putting in an air filter for ten minutes. It had been twenty five minutes since I got there when they finally got the car out and it looked like it was all because of the filter. When I finally got in Edwin was very rude to me. He tried to sell me an air filter because mine was “severely dirty.” I told him I just got a new one at my previous oil change when the old manager was in charge and that simply couldn’t be true. He then sat there belittling me and talking to me as if I was stupid. When I asked to speak with a manager he told me he was the highest position there and that he would take any complaints. I checked my air filter shortly after leaving and found that it was still very clean and looked nearly new! The air filter he was trying to get me to buy would have cost me $45 and I couldnt afford that. He also tried to get me to refill my coolant and told me it was a quart and a half low and that it would cost me $12 to refill it. I did not accept the service and my coolant was only a splash low when I checked later. The oil change itself took about thirty to fourty minutes and they told me after twenty minutes that they would have to order my oil from another store. After the oil arrived edwin put too much oil into my car and had to drain some out. Because they tried to scam me it took an extra ten minutes and including that it took me well over an hour hust to get a simple oil change done. I have been coming to this establishment for a few years now and I have never had any experiences like this in the past. I will now be getting my oil changes at the take five across the street. Thank you for nothing.

    Nate saved us time, money and decreased anxiety. Our engine light came on. Went to Jiffy Lube on Pacific. Wasn't quite time to change oil, but did it anyway. Nate called and buddy at a full service and got info. One of the workers had a "reader" They found it was a vacuum problem, loose gas cap and were able to reset the computer. Whew. We were imagining a few trips to car store, big ticket and lots of inconvenience. Nate was wonderful and certainly made our day. Highly recommend their friendly, efficient service. Thank you again.
