    This place is why I use Hertz whenever possible. Reserved a car for 830, got there at 9:00, didn't leave until after 9:30 because they were "cleaning vehicles" and there were a couple (4) people before me. Making me now have to rush to the airport now and possibly miss saying goodbye to my wife before I leave for 2 weeks. Olivia did a great job getting us out as fast as she could though. Figure it out...

    Insurance drags out my claim, leaving me to start paying out of pocket, but these guys were able to maintain the rate with a free upgrade. So I'm grateful for that! Thanks guys!

    The staff of the Lacey Collision Center location is superb and have always been remarkably accommodating for me. "We'll pick you up" service is the only way I can do it and they have made it great for me as a frequent rental user for work travel! Exceptional!

    horrible place to rent a vehicle, management is incompetent beware there employees suck. I’m persuing legal council. you think you your going to charge me for something that I didn’t do. not only am I going to sue you for a broken windshield I’m gonna sue you for harassment. I’m going to make sure this one hurts. customers beware. shop around don’t waste your time or money. I’ll update my posts as this proceeds.
