- RJR JAug 26, 20261.0I had a good experience at this place before but my recent one was okay. I had a car rental reservation at 9am but I received the car nearly 1pm. I waited almost 4 hours. The line was very long and I was the last person to receive my car even though I made reservations earlier than others. I felt bad for Zack, front desk staff because he was the only one working because they were understaffed. I’m not mad at the staff but the whole situation was very disorganized and mismanaged on that day.

I sincerely feel it's just the way he is built-I didn't receive any more special attention than the customers prior, or after my experience. 🤘😝🤘
