  SCAMMERS! ONE STAR IS WAY TOO GENEROUS! I wish there were an option to give negative stars because even one star is more than this company deserves. Based on my experience, I genuinely believe these people are professionally trained to manipulate, intimidate, and take advantage of customers. GEICO arranged a rental truck for me through Enterprise. When I arrived to pick it up, a friendly, smiling young employee approached me and openly admitted that the vehicle was covered in scratches and existing damage. He quickly showed me an entire gallery of photos documenting the interior and exterior damage. He even told me, “Buddy, trust me. When you return the truck, come directly to me. I’ll take it back exactly the way I gave it to you. Don’t worry about anything.” One week later, I returned the truck. Of course, that employee was nowhere to be found. Instead, another employee inspected the vehicle and suddenly started pointing out multiple scratches and damage, accusing me of causing them. When I explained that all these damages existed before I rented the truck and that their own employee had shown me photographic evidence, he claimed: “We have absolutely no photos or records of any previous damage in our system. According to our records, you received the vehicle in good condition and returned it damaged. You are responsible for the repairs.” Then came the pressure and intimidation. He demanded my personal auto insurance policy number and insisted that I would have to pay several thousand dollars for repairs, either through my insurance or by having the money charged to my credit card on file. I spent HOURS arguing with them. The stress and aggressive treatment were so extreme that my blood pressure skyrocketed, and I genuinely feared I was going to have a medical emergency. What made this experience even more disturbing was that every employee and supervisor I spoke with repeated the exact same accusations and demands. Instead of investigating the existing damage or locating the original inspection photos, they continued pressuring me to accept financial responsibility. This did not feel like a simple misunderstanding. It felt like a coordinated, systematic attempt to make a customer pay for damage that was already there. I have never experienced such an outrageous and stressful rental return process. My advice to everyone: DO NOT TRUST VERBAL PROMISES FROM ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES. Take your own detailed photos and videos of every inch of the vehicle before driving away, document every scratch in writing, and make sure you receive a copy of the damage report. Never assume that because an employee seems friendly and trustworthy, the company will honor what they tell you. Enterprise, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment—not intimidation and accusations. If I could give zero stars, I would. ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MANY!

  Easy peasy lemon squeezy to rent a car through Enterprise at this location! I had to extend a couple times because repairs in my car were taking longer than expected. It was simple and painless. The staff there are super friendly and helpful! I will definitely rent from Enterprise Kirkland again if the need arises. Thanks!

  We chose a 15 passenger van! It was great, seats were clean and comfy. Car was in excellent shape inside and out. Sander in Kirkland WA was great with instuctions, policies, and insurance. Great customer service. I was in and out when picking up and Returning the car. Renting Online was hassel free and easy! Definitetly renting again from Enterprise! THANK YOU!

  Super easy return process! Loved the Wrangler I rented. Got to go on some awesome hikes bc of it. Sander was awesome and very helpful! Thanks to enterprise for this wonderful and straightforward car rental experience.

  Very concerning experience with an insurance rental. We received a vehicle from this location while our own car was being repaired through GEICO. During the rental there was no accident, collision, or incident, and the vehicle spent most of its time parked in our garage. After the vehicle was returned, Enterprise claimed that a rear parking sensor was slightly displaced. Nothing was raised with us at the time of return. The pickup photo they provided is taken from far away and does not clearly show the condition of that sensor, so in my view it does not establish that the issue occurred during our rental. We requested the original timestamped photos, pickup/return inspection records, and other supporting documentation, but received no response. Instead, days later we received a letter from Enterprise's Damage Recovery Unit telling us to contact our insurance company. What makes this especially concerning is the attitude we encountered around insurance. During the rental, when I called about returning the vehicle to another Enterprise branch, I was told in substance that it was fine because insurance is paying anyway. Combined with the later damage claim, this made me very uncomfortable about how insurance-paid rentals are handled here. We have formally disputed the claim and notified GEICO. I cannot say what happened to the sensor or when, but I strongly recommend that anyone renting here - especially through an insurance claim - take detailed, close-up, timestamped photos/video of every part of the vehicle at pickup and again at return, and insist on receiving the return inspection paperwork before leaving.
