  Rented a car over the July 4th weekend. Both getting and returning the car was quick and hassle free. Everyone we interacted with were great and the car was nice and clean. What more can you ask for.

  Booked a reservation for a truck as I was going to be moving some awkwardly sized boxes that would not fit in a minivan or SUV. Representative called within 15 minutes of completing my online booking and assured me that "a truck will be there for pickup." OK, that was promising. Arrived at 0900 the next morning and no truck. Employee said something about a tow replacement or something the night before. Well, that's not my problem. You promised there'd be a truck. No, I don't want an SUV. Zero stars for lack of reliability and follow up.

  had an amazing experience with Enterprise. Esdras was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He guided me through everything with patience and genuine passion for customer service, making the experience smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Because of the excellent service I received, I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.   I had a great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Kirkland. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Shaun was especially helpful, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location and appreciate Shaun’s dedication to customer satisfaction!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! ABSOLUTE SCAM! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never, ever go to this branch. I was here for an insurance replacement rental, and GEICO fully authorized a PREMIUM car class for me. Instead of providing a Premium vehicle, this branch downgraded me to a Toyota Camry SE (which is a Standard/Full-size at best). But here is the most ridiculous and disgusting part: they somehow manipulated the rate in their system so that this downgraded Camry cost MORE than my Premium allowance, forcing me to pay out of my own pocket for a DOWNGRADE! How does it make any sense to charge a customer an "upgrade fee" for a much cheaper car? On top of that, they use a shady "Calendar Day" billing cycle to squeeze a 3-day charge out of a strict 48-hour rental window. The staff is playing number games to rip off customers who are already dealing with the stress of car repairs. Their business practices are deceptive, unethical, and purely designed to steal money from your pocket. Do not trust them with your insurance claims.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
