  I had an unexpected engine failure recently on a long trip (we were far from home) heading down 405 with 3 young excited kids that became bummed real quick when we were steering to a median to try to get to a safe stopping spot. Collision Masters were made aware of the problem and said no problem to trying to get a speedy diagnosis and fix. Ron took lead and had me answers within an hour and a fast turn around for an unfortunate fuel pump failure that decided to take a dump on our trip. I was appreciative of his thoroughness, communication, speed, and appreciation for the hand that I had been dealt that day. I wish I lived closer. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here. No upsell, just straight to business. Honest. Got the job done.

  Got inspection by associate but no follow through on quotes or estimate. Went there to get a quote for my Toyota Camry body work and was welcomed by the front desk staff and associate. I filled out the form they provided and the associate even took a look at my car, noted my VIN number and took photos. They promised to get back with a quote within a few days, but even after calling them a couple times I didn’t get any response. Felt like they want to work only if I had planned to file insurance claims (I mentioned I do have full comprehensive insurance but I wanted to pay for the work).
