Had to order a part here and it was difficult the whole way through. The man on the phone was distracted and had my incorrect number. When I went in to get the part, another clerk I dealt with was very rude and made me wish I chose another store. The part was $150 more expensive than other auto parts stores and $80 more expensive than the autozone online store. The clerk would not honor the price and proceeded to be rude towards us about the whole thing. We went to the Lynwood autozone for further assistance and they were a much better store with more knowledge and nicer associates. If you have the ability to do the Lynwood store instead, I would highly recommend it. Or go to oreilleys since they have a better warranty on their parts.

Theyre generally helpful its just really frustrating to try and call this location in search of parts or loaner tools or really for anything. Its really hard to communicate technical information, to, and interpret from, someone whose first language is not English over the phone. They will tell you to come in and look in person. The whole reason im calling is to avoid an unnecessary trip when they inevtialy dont have what I need.
