  Everyone was very helpful, they communicated with me and each other during the entire visit and seemed very knowledgeable about the services and what I needed! Great customer service!

  Derek was great. No pressure to upgrade or sell me a filter when my was good until next oil change. Friendly staff, clean waiting area with clean bathroom and free coffee or tea. He showed me his screen to see what my car had and was due for if I wanted anything more than the oil change and was so kind about it without any pressure it made me feel comfortable. When my coupon wasn’t working he told me how to get another coupon on line. He also reset my dash and didn’t need to YouTube it like in past experiences at another place.

  Just had my oil change done at the new Valvoline in Kent and had a great experience. Derek and Megan took care of me — both were super friendly and clearly knew their stuff, walking me through the service and getting everything done right. I also got to watch Megan training another employee, and she was fantastic: informative, explained everything clearly, and did it all in such a friendly, welcoming way. Highly recommend this location!
