  The crew was great, stayed late to get everyone in line taken care of. The guy running the store had his crew hustling and trained up. Got to chat with him for a while and seemed like a really good dude.

  Everyone at the Kent location were professional, on top of things, and very kind. There was a little bit of an accident with my light cover, (my light needed replacing) but they took responsibility for it, said they were sorry and were quick to work on fixing it. I still give 5 stars because I am aware that accidents happen sometimes. It was quickly being taken care of to fix it. I plan on bringing my car back again. Also, while waiting, one of the mechanics went around letting the cars waiting know about how much more time we'd be waiting. That was nice.

  Quick, smooth oil change experience. Derek and team were very professional and upfront about costs. He even checked my radiator and told me it looked good and did not need to be changed—felt really good not to be up charged.

  4 1/2 stars would probably be most accurate. The price was great. The team was great. Friendly, positive, knowledgeable. The team seemed a bit new so slightly on the slower side. WORTH IT half the price of Jiffy Lube. Shout to David and the other new team member w the nose ring! I’ll be back

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Valvoline! Alex helped me with my oil change and also got me set up with an account. He was super nice, professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything quick and easy and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing guy overall and great customer service. Definitely appreciate the help, Alex!
