  the car wash alone is very nice and leaves the car clean with no scratches. the inside cleaning area also seems to stay pretty clean and tidy.

  The vacuum spot is dirty, no clean towel is available to dry the car’s body. This location is really giving headache

  I don’t like Kent Wa location but i like puyallup Wa location . Kent location is not good vacuum and no good blower . If you go to puyallup location then you feel its worth it to pay for wash.

  Be aware! Their machine malfunction and my wife’s car stopped during car wash and car behind her crashed to her car. She honked when her car weren’t going forward but they only stopped after crash. It caused dent on her trunk door. After that happened they blamed on my wife that she put on brake or gear was on park. Thus, she requested camera footage to clarify the incident but they rejected her request. And they emailed us “They won’t pay for the damage because of insufficient evidence.” Also our insurance company had tried to reach out to them but they were not responsive. I would recommend to avoid this place to prevent damage on your car that nobody will responsible for it.

  The Kent location was closed for over a week which denied access to car wash service and offered no discount to members paying monthly fees. So they took members money while they were closed. Not a good business practice. So member should know paying monthly fees does guarantee service will be available. Also, they close at random times without warning or notice- stopped by today to wash car and they were closed.
