I visited this car wash last Sunday June 28- 2026 morning between 10 and 11 AM, expecting nothing more than a clean car and decent service. What I got instead was a frustrating lesson in how little some businesses care about their customers. While vacuuming my car, I placed my bag on the ground outside the vacuum station. In the rush of finishing up, I accidentally left it behind. I only realized the next morning that my bag containing important personal items was still sitting in their parking lot right by the vacuum machine. I immediately drove back, explained the situation calmly to the employees on site, and asked for help. Their response ? Complete indifference. No one offered to check the area, look for the bag, or even show basic concern check the cameras. I specifically asked for the manager’s contact number. They gave it to me, and that’s where the real disappointment began. I called and texted multiple times the very next day. Not a single call was answered. Not a single text received a reply. Complete radio silence. No callback, no “we’ll check,” nothing. This isn’t just about a forgotten bag. It’s about basic human decency and accountability. Leaving something behind at a business should not result in it vanishing with zero effort from the staff to help recover it, especially when it was left on their property. Their total lack of response shows a shocking disregard for customer service. I expected better. Instead, I got treated like my problem didn’t matter. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. If something goes wrong, don’t count on them to make it right. Extremely poor service and zero professionalism. Never again.

It's easy to miss on the signage if you're not looking for it, so hopefully this review helps others go in with the right expectations. For those with vehicles older than 5 years old, use their service at your own risk as their policy will not cover for damages to vehicles over 5 years old. We had subscribed for almost a year now. To be honest their wash aren’t the best, if you’re getting a one time wash, I don’t think it’s worth it for a single visit and would definitely recommend you to keep your receipt, and stop and park after your wash and inspect your car. They claim that if your car is still not clean, they’d let you go through the wash again on the same day.

They immediately try and sell you a membership but I went with just one basic car wash. I usually get the basic car wash from brown bear so thats what I'm comparing it too. The wash was quick, I know its in the name but it was quicker than brown bear and that is definitely not a good thing. The machines did a mediocre job at cleaning the car but the worst part was how bad this wash is at drying your car. The blast it with air for like a few seconds. It barely even dried the front of my car. I dont expect the fans to get every single drop of water off but Brown bear is wayyyyyy better in every way. Also this machine folded out my mirrors to a point I thought they were going to break. Again the brown bear car wash does not do this. Also this machine completely mangled my front license plate. And again brown bears machines dont do any of that. I will definitely not be coming here again.
