I had rented a 26-foot truck from this truck rental company and called them ahead of time to let them know that I was on my way to the location to pick it up. However, when I arrived, the business was already closed. They should have called me ahead of time to let me know that they were closing at 11:00 AM, especially since I had already called to tell them I was on my way. The truck was still sitting outside when I arrived, but there was no one there to help me. I called customer service, but they told me they were unable to reach a manager. Since I needed a truck, I ended up going to U-Haul and renting one instead. Thankfully, I was at least able to get a truck from U-Haul, but this experience was extremely frustrating and could have easily been avoided with better communication.

The service was exceptional. It was quickly delivered. It was exactly what we expected. The staff was incredible. I wish I had gotten all of their names specifically but they know. They were efficient, fast, knowledgeable and very professional. We are looking forward to working with them again and Enterprise.
