  Very impressed from beginning to end. Every staff member I worked with was professional, friendly and helpful. The process to get the car and return it was quick and smooth. Would happily choose them again. Makes me want to check out other Enterprise locations whenever I go on vacations.

  This location is an absolute disaster. They waited until 15 minutes before my reservation to tell me the car I booked wasn’t even in their inventory meaning they never had it in the first place. No urgency, no accountability, no attempt to fix their own screw‑up. They didn’t bother checking other locations, didn’t offer solutions, didn’t care about the inconvenience they caused. I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way just to get a replacement vehicle, and even then they refused to match the rate I originally reserved. Completely unprofessional, completely careless, and completely disrespectful of customers’ time. If you value your schedule, your money, or basic human decency, avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about doing their job, let alone honoring a reservation.

  When I rent they expect my full payment & deposit immediately. When I return it, you don’t give back my deposit immediately…kind of a crappy deal for the customer… Avis returns your deposit immediately…

  Been renting cars and trucks from Enterprise and have always had someone who has beem helpful and made the renting process easy. I do will keep renting from them.
