  Good luck getting a human on the phone. They never showed up and I couldn't even speak to anyone about it. Worst customer service ever, pretty much nonexistent. Absolutely terrible.

  The Kennewick shop (on Clearwater) during a mobile install, incorrectly installed my F150 windshield. They attempted to repair the first install at the shop. During the second install, they reinstalled the same windshield (did not use the OEM windshield they had on hand.) The second install was done very poorly. The seal on the top of the windshield would not allow water to drain appropriately. And during the second install they also caused damage to the A-pillar and cowling.

  Cracked windshield on Saturday, had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, needed to reschedule due to staffing but they were able to get me taken care of the very next day. I appreciated the phone call letting me know about the need to reschedule, the email they sent me with a photo of the technician, how friendly the tech was, the fact that they were able to do the replacement at my job so I didn't have to take time off, and the payment options they offered. I hope I don't need to have another windshield replaced, but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.

  I had an outstanding experience with Safelite AutoGlass! They came out on incredibly short notice to fix both my Acura MDX’s front windshield and the back glass. The communication was top-notch—Casey at the front desk was so kind and efficient. Carlos, the manager, was professional and made everything so easy. Luis, the technician, did a fantastic job—both windshields look better than ever! They were so accommodating to my needs and made me feel truly taken care of on a professional level. Five stars!

  The technician who replaced my 2004 windshield is very great at his job no glass insight after he left. My dogs liked him and means this company bites hard workers and nice people. The one thing I did not like is the phone system not being answered by humans !!! I tried to avoid this by going to locals glass installations and replacement shops in town but it would take weeks to get the glass: so I chose this company due to the song from the commercial, I chose the Mobil service option and it was a one week away scheduling . It was worth the wait. For my 2004 Lexus gs 300 and new wipers I payed $418 ( 36 dollar recycling fee, had I known about that fee I would have requested for the technician to leave the original glass on property. Hope this helps someone 👍
