  Bought a car and 2 days later needed a new battery. Went to Auto zone they were able to get the old one out and new one in a short amount of time. Very helpful crew!

  Came in was trying to get part managers are completely rude. Honestly, the store needs to be shut down and reopen with new people. Both of the managers told me to get out of the store rudely when all I was trying to do was an exchange on a alternator that I purchased from O’Reillys and have the receipt maybe cause I’m white and they are Mexican. Not really sure they were speaking Spanish between each other and ignoring me when I was trying to talk, I would look into this store and both managers would not recommend going here at all.

  Interacted with 3 different employees, all were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stop there again .

  If you need parts, tools, accessories or anything from fixing to cleaning your vehicle and you actually want knowledgeable people who care about their customer base and have the actual experience to guide you then go to the 4th store, it is hands down much more stocked and enjoyable to go here than the Clearwater store in Kennewick!

  El muchacho que me “ayudó” no sabe cómo poner una batería rompió la terminal por qué estaba apretando en lugar de aflojar ( compré el terminal), perdió una tuerca del soporte de la batería y dijo a no importa luego cuando estaba intentando instalar la terminal nueva no podía y me dijo, no lo pudes porner tu aya en tu casa tengo que ayudar ala gente
