  I had the WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to get an oil change but they BROKE THE HOOD. They were having problem closing it but I told that it was just normal open and close, no tricks. I don’t know how they were trying to open it but they broke it. I told them that it wasn’t like that (I opened it that day earlier) I’m so frustrated, now they having fix something that i didn’t brake, since they didn’t want to fix it. Just be careful with this location

  I had an issue where an oil filter seal failed immediately after my service, causing a significant leak. While that was a scary situation, the management and team at this shop handled the mistake with absolute integrity. They came out to me immediately, replaced the part, topped off the fluid, and took the vehicle back to properly degrease the engine and undercarriage. They did all of this without a single bit of pushback, offered to cover a third-party inspection, and took full accountability. Mistakes happen, but a shop that stands by its work and treats customers with this level of honesty and respect deserves five stars. Thank you for making a stressful situation right!

  Needed to check my fluids before taking off on a road check, the guys were quick efficient got me back on the road. I come to Grease monkey here in Kenmore because you guys are amazing! Thank you so much for helping me. Keep my car on the road at 305,000 miles!!!
