Being a news customer they took the time to explain what they wanted to do diagnostically and then followed up with recommendations and estimated the cost for me before any work was done. Over all a very good experience and I will be a returning customer.

All three of the service attendants (Matt, Ethan and Chris - Banner was in the bay) who communicated with me were friendly, professional, and prompt. If I had any questions, they explained everything to me, including the recommended services. They also made sure to ask if I had any coupons, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return to this location in the future. (Service was on 8/19/26)

They offered me other service’s, which I did want, but told me I had to get back in line and wait again if I wanted them…what? I live in ellensburg and frequently use our Valvoline it is also $25 cheaper there for some reason, and never takes more than 20 min. Extremely disappointed with them as well for not offering me the half price coupon that anyone can get in 2 seconds on their website, it wasn’t anything special to get and would have been SUPER customer service to offer to someone who didn’t know about it. Will never use this location again!
- RRRick RollinsAug 10, 20261.0No stars! This place used to be good. Now not so much. I’ve been coming here for over a decade, since before it was valvoline, so unfortunately, it’s kind of a habit. It has steadily become worse each time I’ve come. Each time I speak to the manager, and each time it’s a different person. Each time I tell myself I’m never coming to this place again, and the next time I forget until I’m boxed in and can’t leave. Hopefully next time I remember to go elsewhere. Hopefully I can change my habits.
