  Great service team. Emily, Kyla, and Lauren were great. I had a minivan that wasn’t quite performing as expected. The next day, I was able to exchange it for another. They were all accommodating including staying a bit after closing to help me do the exchange. Then I had to come back the next day to fetch a couple of items my family left behind. Despite being busy they were super helpful in helping me look for the items. I really appreciate the team and the customer service from all three ladies. I’d definitely come back again for the customer service. Thank you.

  Excellent Return and Compensation for Troubles I Had With Car. Lauren at The Issaquah Location was Very Friendly And Definetly Knows Her Job and Has Great Customer Service Skills. She should be told this and promoted. I Am a Happy Customer That will Go with Your Company in future Rentals on my Vacations. 👍

  Came in last Thursday and the young lady at the counter was lovely and the check out was super fast and easy. She told me I could return the car to Bonney Lake and I did that. Cesar at Bonney Lake was awesome too! I’ll definitely switch from normally renting with Hertz to Enterprise! Was very happy with the service!

  Best experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
