  Wow, Lauren & Emily really went above and beyond to help us today. My husband and I and our three kids are visiting from Maryland and were stranded after our Turo car lost it's *brakes* near Snoqualmie. These ladies really took care of us and were able to get us a rental right away and the young man working with them even stayed late to make sure our new rental was cleaned up and ready. We got the best customer service. Thanks guys!

  Corporate needs to teach the phone agents how to say bye to people before they hang up. This has been the fourth time I spoke to someone on the phone and when I say bye to them, they just hang up. Who’s training these people? Very rude I’ve rented a car from this location one time and experience was fine in person. Just horrible manners on the phone
