  On August 4, 2026 I inquired about some running board/ sidestep for my 2020 Tacoma truck. I was help by a couple of the employees and was told that they had one that came off of a Tacoma 2019 truck. Chevy is the employee that told me it was compatible to my truck, and I paid $300.00 cash as were told and when I asked for a receipt they didn’t it even gave me a receipt with it. That same day we tried to install the side steps and unfortunately the bolt pattern didn’t match up with my 2020 Tacoma, so the next day I returned the side step to Port Orchard Auto Wrecking and was denied of any rereturns or exchange or my money back from them. I have spoken to Mike there manager on duty and also with Chevy and they didn’t want to help me with my money back refund. I have also contacted the Attorney General for Washington to complain about this matter and situations that I am dealing with right now.

  If you go here make sure you know what your looking at. They will lie to you about parts. At least they do it with a smile

  I needed a 5.4L Ford engine for parts/core and chose All West Coast Auto Wrecking because they are local. Before going in, I noticed a clear statement on their website: "Found a lower price? Let us know, we'll beat it!" I found a core engine at competing yards in Auburn and Seattle/Sea-Tac for $300. However, when I mentioned the website's policy to the sales representative, he was completely unaware of it and stated it didn't apply to core engines. When I said it verbatim again what the site says, he was shocked and went quiet, then said $400 was the absolute lowest he could go. To his credit, the representative was polite, respectful, and helpful. He took the time to show me the engine, shared valuable information, discounted the total by $50, and waived the $20 pallet fee. Because I was on a tight schedule and couldn't make the drive out to Auburn or Sea-Tac, I went ahead with the purchase and had it delivered, bringing my total to $500 out the door—putting me over my intended budget. While the customer service in person was friendly, there is a clear disconnect between what is advertised on their website and what is honored in-store. Buyers should be aware that their advertised price-beat promise may not be honored as written. See attached picture of their site of what is stated on their home page.

  This is a hard one to write, I have used them 3-4 times only received one good part, but it's a junkyard and parts could be junk so I gave them that and kept doing business with them. But this last time I bought some fans. Well when I got home the fans didn't work. It's a 2-hour drive for me round trip. So I let the guy know I'm going to bring him his fans and to please refund me because I can't keep making this trip I'm just going to buy new ones. This is where the one-star review comes in..... The gentleman told me that it is store credit only no refunds. So I have to drive 2 hours back and forth in hopes that I get good fans again. So what I did is I let them just screw me over and I had to go buy a new fans. It's amazing that this place will hold on to 85.00 so tightly. But the more digging that I did I found that this is their normal.
