  Dont waste your time if your in a time crunch. Needed parts that day and was told they close at 5 and wouldnt start pulling parts until 415 and wouldnt take payment over the phone and wouldnt let me leave a name so a friend could pick it up to save me a 3 hour drive. This place is seriously mismanaged and does not value your time.

  I will never go back to this wrecking yard. I called this morning to confirm the availability of a part. The person on the phone confirmed that it was indeed there. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. They made me wait another 45 minutes for someone to bring the part to the office. That's when the guy told me that they didn't even have the part and they had already sold it twice, whatever that means. Obviously they can't keep track of their inventory nor do they care that I drove two and a half hours, burning gasoline, to get a part that was already sold. They weren't even sympathetic. While I was waiting earlier I asked him about parts for other cars of mine. He looked them up and they didn't have what I was looking for. So I asked if I could just get a wire harness connector off of any BMW, or at least just look at the car to see if I could get some parts off of it. I needed some seats too. He made excuse after excuse how it's probably not on the car. He wouldn't even let me look. He said I needed an escort and he obviously wasn't willing to escort me through the yard for a connector, even after I had driven 2 and a 1/2 hours for nothing. What the guy didn't know is that I was looking for other parts, for other cars, and I had a pocket full of money. I figured why waste the trip. Let me get some parts for my BMW. But at that point I couldn't stand looking at the dude anymore. He must have felt the same way about me because he was just pushing me out the door. I was practically begging them to sell me some parts. They obviously don't know how to sell, they don't know how to treat people either. I seriously doubt that the people at the counter own this business, because if they did, they wouldn't treat people the way they do. Maybe they would. Maybe it just comes with the territory or i'm just a complainer , but i'm not happy that I spent $60 on gas for nothing. I understand times are tough and people make mistakes. Sometimes people have bad days too but I think they must be having a bad day every day considering the way they treated me. While I was there waiting earlier, somebody called asking if they would take a picture of a part, and he said, if you buy it, I'll take a pic. Then hung up , then they laughed about it. Like are you crazy? I'm not gonna go actually work and walk to see if we really have the part and take a picture of it for this customer. Hell no, I'm not going above and beyond. I'm not even gonna do anything , and I don't even care if I make somebody drive two and a half hours telling them the part was there , and it's really not. These people don't care about their jobs. I can't see how they could, treating customers the way they do. Maybe they forgot why they are there. They don't care about the people buying? The customers, their livelihood? How can a business like that stay afloat? In today's times? I Don't get it. I know for a fact I will never go there again. I'll never even call them again. Just a really bad vibe. I'll never consider going there again spending my money. You can spend yours there, but that's if they really have the part. Who knows.

  Always reasonable and professional and do what they can to get parts pulled on time.
