  I do not like no getting printed receipt. I keep them for my records. I will probably change unless I hear you are printing receipts. Too much competition to loose a customer over ink and paper.

  The oil change for my Honda Odyssey was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the process went quickly. I do wish you folks did windshield chip repair!

  Big Shout Out to Shawn for helping with the oil change today (for my wife's Volkswagen Jetta). Shawn went over and above what is normally done. Will be coming back to Valvoline for the next oil change.

  I got an oil change and when he showed me the dipstick, which he held vertical so the oil would travel farther towards the full mark. By the time I saw it, it was only reading 1/2 way in the good zone. When I asked to have oil added to the full mark, the tech told me my truck spec was for 12 quarts (diesel truck) and the reading will get higher after I drive it. Totally untrue.

  Very nice welcoming for my first time at this valvoline express site. All the employees were very kind and informative with the care and services.My car was receiving kept me well advised.As to what they saw and made suggestions as needed.The service was very quick and prices were amazing.Compared to going to a dealership for the same services I felt very appreciated for using the valvoline, oil change for my car's need. The shop was very clean, organized and well lit, and they practiced great safety.In communication with the people that were under my car also.
