  Employees park the rentals in the handicap spot. Will show dozens of cars available to rent online same day but when you show up they have none.

  We were late arriving for the pick-up and so they gave our car away, which was frustrating but what was worse is they would not help us in any way to find a different rental car. We will not rent from them again

  Good morning everyone, Today's review will be on the Enterprise Rent-A-Car satellite office in Gig Harbor. For those of us who live in The Gig Harbor or surrounding areas you will know that this is a smaller location with about maybe 10 vehicles plus or minus at any one time. I did my car rental car reservation online like most people because that process is very easy and straightforward. I showed up to pick up my rental vehicle at my appointed time. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of the awesome employee they have their, her name is Makayla. She made the checkout process smooth professional he was very helpful and Enterprise is lucky to have this woman there and if I could clone her and put her in all the locations I would. She's literally the only reason I would rent at Enterprise again. Because let me tell you their "Enterprise business chat" on Facebook specifically (Heather!) is absolutely horrible literally one of the worst I've ever dealt. Their rep a woman named Heather told me three separate times that she was going to get me some help and support and that my concerns were very important to the company and I would be addressed in the order in which my complaint came in and they never ever contacted me. Not once in an the entire week did they reach out to me. So I don't want to hear anything from any manager or anyone now all the sudden because I see this review to tell me how important and how sorry they are that they're rap did a poor job because there's no excuse for that. The only one that saves their company is their employee Michaela- give this woman a raise Enterprise. Hope this helps everyone, James...
