  On a Friday afternoon my radiator blew on Point Fosdick by UpTown. I drove to Eagle Automotive , my daughter fallowed me. I thought maybe I could get them to put water in it 😂 when George McCann opened my hood that’s when I saw it was broken. He gave me a quote and I left my car thinking I wouldn’t have it for a while. Travis Bill gave me a ride home, thank goodness. Both George and Travis were very kind and understanding. The next morning as I was having a cup of coffee, less then 24 hours, I received a call from George telling me I could pick up my car! I couldn’t believe it! It was an amazing and kind experience 🧡 Thank you both for rescuing this 68 year old! Blessings

  Paid over a thousand dollars for a break job on a 1997 Ford F-350 and ABS light kept coming on. I reported it several times but did not bring it in. When I did bring it in they said it was out of warranty even though it had less than 500 miles after break job. Wanted to charge $196 for inspection when truck has only one $30 ABS sensor. This should have been inspected and fixed when breaks were done. Do not use Eagle Tire. They are Overpriced and do shoddy work and will not back the work they do. May file small claims against them.

  Eagle Tire and Automotive Federal Way, Tacoma and Gig Harbor have always done Great work and have great prices. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to Tires and Automotive repairs. All around great experience.

  I would not bring my car back here for any diagnostics or repairs. Customer service was good here however, it is not an auto shop. Paid for diagnostics with no recommendations or real insight, they also did not do complete diagnostics with the issue I was having (actually driving the vehicle with a scanner hooked up). Had asked to top off transmission fluid while it was getting looked at & they did not/forgot to do so.
