  Volvo Tacoma/Fife is fantastic! Dani is absolutely amazing, hunted for the perfect car and trim for us. Down to the ext/interior colors and massaging seats! She located our car and re-routed it to the Port of Tacoma! She spent time giving us a tour of different models in a heat wave! Great communication throughout and kept us informed with texts and updates. We were between travels and she secured it right before our trip out. She hunted down different deals and even found extra savings through our place of employment! If you're looking for low pressure, seamless communication, and efficient way to purchase your next vehicle, Dani is the one! Also, her colleague Jordan was super helpful too in getting my questions answered after hours. Great energy!

  Wow, I came into Volvo cars tacoma needing a couple questions answered for me on my car. Jordan and thayden jumped in to help me right away! I didn’t hear any complaints from these boys and the customer service was A++!!! Thayden helped me get all paired up to my car while adding humor to the process. Jordan also gave me a very descriptive breakdown of the car and it was truly a breath of fresh air having 2 sales people be as knowledgeable as they were. Thayden and Jordan are awesome and I’d recommend them to ANYBODY!

  I sent a note through Car and Drivers website requesting info on a used 2025 BMW X5 SUV for sale at Volvo Cars of Tacoma. I immediately received a response from Jordan and set up an appointment to meet the next day. Everything was ready for me to checkout and test drive. He had another salesperson, Thayden, answer all my questions and discuss payment options. It was straight forward, no pressure and no surprises. They both were attentive and pleasant to deal with and I would recommend the dealership.

  We had a positive experience at the Fife location buying a car with Dani, who was both knowledgeable and straightforward in her approach. Whatever questions she couldn’t answer, Jordan stepped in to address respectfully and professionally. I think it was Amanda who patiently walked us through all the paperwork signing. All quality individuals and an overall good experience purchasing our first Volvo. I highly recommend the team at this location.

  Be careful if you're a woman, the service department has been making false claims about the hybrid vehicle systems to my wife for over a year now and I don't seem to have as many problems when I speak to them on her behalf. The service department has also been making her pay to troubleshoot problems that were caused by the repairs they've been making, which seems unethical to me. The employees at this Volvo dealership seem too comfortable with lying and misrepresenting the work that they're charging us for. I'm very dissatisfied with both the quality of their work and with the way they treated my wife differently.
