  I was in on Saturday looking at the EX 90, a young woman named Dani approached me in a very professional manner. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing. She informed about the APR rates possibly changing in September, which sounded wonderful for I just started my journey and she has followed up with me regarding the process, which I appreciate her professionalism and was not pushy or felt that I had to buy the car that day. Thank you Dani, we will be in touch soon.

  Truly abysmal post-purchase service. Our brand new XC60 PHEV began experiencing issues with the safety features, door locks, and the check engine light activated. My wife took the car in, and the mechanic had the audacity to state that she confused the check engine light with a different icon. He also took a video of the door locks "working" without making any attempt to duplicate the issue that occurs intermittently. In 2026 I should expect that women should be treated equally by service centers, and not have their concerns dismissed with an arrogant tone. I would strongly recommend against purchasing a vehicle here, as your warranty is rendered meaningless by this uncaring and unhelpful staff. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you. Update: Despite the response from the business, I have not been contacted by anyone from the dealership. The issues persist, and we have a clear photo of the check engine light, among the many other issues with the vehicle.

  I worked with Dani at Volvo Cars Tacoma on a recent lease, and she made the whole process genuinely easy. She was friendly from the first conversation and completely transparent about every number we discussed. We went back and forth on the details of the lease more than a few times, and each round she went to bat for me! For context, I had leased three cars through Sandberg Volvo before this and was looking fora 4th. Dani is the reason I'm now a Volvo Cars Tacoma customer. If you're shopping for a Volvo in the area, ask for her.
