  I’ve been to several other Enterprise locations, but the Fife location is hands down the best. Justin is especially friendly and always goes out of his way to make sure I get the best option possible. Great service every time. Highly recommended!

  After a my company rented a 26’ box truck for an event over the weekend. The box truck on the drive from Silverdale, WA to Fife, WA it’s warming coolant low level light flashed on the dash screen and said the engine would shut down, so I pulled off the highway to an exit ramp. I called Enterprise Roadside Assistance at 9:58am and they left me stranded on the side of the freeway until another truck from my company could come and pick up myself and large amount of expensive equipment at 7:00pm. I called their roadside assistance at 9:58am. They did not get a mechanic truck to my location until almost 4pm. Mechanic was awesome and figured out the coolant sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. The mechanic had to get approval from roadside assistance on the repair or have it towed. Due to the incompetence and lack of consideration that I had been given for being stuck in the truck without food or water for over 9hrs. The Roadside assistance didn’t approve the repair till after the dealership closed at 5p. Luckily the mechanic had water in his truck. I’m on the off-ramp to Burley/Olalla Rd exit 20 on Hwy16, No services/food for 4 miles. No offer from the Roadside assistance to send a vehicle to pick me up. I couldnt leave the truck with our equipment in there! Do Not rely on Enterprise to pick you up… Nor do they even care that one of their clients was stranded for 9hrs in the truck on a hot day, no a/c on the highway!! Stay away from this company, I’m filing a formal complaint in the morning.

  Very disappointing experience! Please know even though their website will say they have a car available and you book a reservation doesn't mean that that is truthfully what is available!! I called ahead of time and spoke to reservations regarding needing a pick up and verify the car I saw online for a rental and was told what time to add to be picked up and that if I didn't hear from the driver in 30min to call back. I call back to then be told that they are out of cars and have nothing available. I explained I had made a reservation and their website shows they have available cars. He tells me not only are they not able to be pick me up but their website is set up where you can reserve a car and they try to look around to see if they can fill the reservation but its not a guarantee. Then what is the point of a reservation when you don't honor it!!!! I had to take my car to the mechanic shop and have children to pick up and have been waiting for 2 hours to find out my reservation will not be honored or filled nor is anyone picking me up. In comparison to other rental companies I chose enterprise because it was confirmed they would be able to pick me up and had a vehicle for me......but was a lie!! They very much need to be reported to the business bureau!!!
