  Horrible customer service people do not get back to you when you ask questions waited at the parts counter for a good half hour 45 minutes before anyone would even come to the counter

  It was nice working with camping world. I dealt with Olaf who was really knowledgeable, courteous, very polite and patient. He introduced me to the financial department of the business and I met Roxanne and she handled my paperwork. She had a co-worker that stood out and helped out when she was busy. They all worked with me until I end up buying a RV that I really like which will be delivered to me this Saturday. Go check them out! They're awesome!

  Bought a new 2026 Thor Sprinter from Camping World Fife in August. The buying experience was excellent — Olaf Malachowski was responsive, honest, and went out of his way to help, even escalating my warranty issues to his service managers when they wouldn't respond. Five stars for Olaf. The post-purchase service experience was the opposite. The Firefly control system died within two weeks. Over two months, multiple drop-offs, and many unreturned calls, the issue still isn't fixed. I was told by the Service Manager Shane Kennedy that the replacement part had arrived, then told it hadn't. When the part finally was confirmed on order and inbound by the manufacturer, I asked if the work could be completed if I left the Coach for a full week. I was told that management at Camping World Fife had just cut back on the dealership’s hours due to low business volumes and that the service dept. was now working 4 days a week only and since it was month end, it would be impossible to complete the service even if they had the part, since warranty repairs generated less profit for the shop. I explained that it’s a brand-new coach and I had been waiting for 2 months to have the issues repaired. Basically, the response was that warranty work is pushed down the priority list compared to retail/cash customers because Thor reimburses shops at a lower rate than the standard shop labor rate, by as much as 50%. The panel was eventually replaced after I escalated to the manufacturer, but the system still reboots constantly, and the awning remains locked out leaving me in search of another certified shop that can diagnose and remediate the issue and understand the basic concepts of customer service. I'd buy from Olaf again in a heartbeat, would be hesitant to purchase from Camping World Fife, and would recommend avoiding this location's service department period.

  Sales person and finance person were awesome. Once we picked up 5th wheel. All help stopped. Bought in Washington but live in oregon. Sent us off without a temp. License. Didn't tell us to get a Vin inspection before they would transfer title and registration to oregon dmv. After repeated calls got no where. Very disappointed. Won't ever buy from them again.

  We had been looking for a travel trailer for about a week and, honestly, after reading some of the reviews about Camping World, I was pretty skeptical about going there. We had also previously gone to the Woodland location and found an older trailer we liked, but they were not willing to work with us much on the price. We decided to give the Fife location a try, and I’m so glad we did! We worked with AJ, Olaf, Allison, and Bobby, and they were all great to work with. There were a few hiccups along the way, but every time something came up, they made sure it was taken care of and that we were happy before we left. The biggest surprise was that we actually ended up getting a brand-new travel trailer for less than what the Woodland location wanted for an older one. Same dealership, different locations, but the customer service and willingness to work with us at Fife was a completely different experience. A special thank-you to Bobby, the finance manager, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He was patient, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciate AJ, Olaf, Allison, and Bobby for working with us, listening to what we wanted, and making sure we left happy. We came in a little skeptical and left extremely happy with exactly what we were looking for! We’re excited to start making memories in our new travel trailer! If you’re looking for a travel trailer, I would definitely recommend giving the Fife location a chance! The Hill family🤍
