  Absolutely terrible service from beginning to end. The salesperson did not offer us the “camping to go package” as an optional service, but rather phrased it as a part of the service provided with a charge. We found out this package was not obligatory after we did a bit of online research. We asked them to install an after market tire pressure sensor (which we have in writing), which they did not, as we found upon arriving to pick up or trailer. The finance manager ran our credit a second time (without authorization), two weeks AFTER we were approved, had already accepted the terms/rate with the bank, AND paid our deposit (all in writing), AND scheduled a date/time for signing paperwork when we were back in town from traveling.I found this out after an alert was sent that my credit had been pulled. Upon calling, to inquire, the finance manager stated our file was put on his desk and he was not aware our financing had already been worked up as he had only been at his job for 3 days, and no one had told him, so he assumed we were a new customer. The manager at the Fife dealership was beyond rude and suggested we go to a different location to do business “if we didn’t like the way they were handling our account.” The worst experience we have ever had in comparable industries. Absolutely appalling. Would have cancelled the process/sale and looked elsewhere, but for the fact we were limited by time constraints. Will NEVER do business with this company again, and will warn friends and family, of their ineptitude, terrible communication, and horrible customer service in all aspects.

  If negative 5 stars was an option I would of checked that. This place is an absolute scam of a dealer that sells brand new junk and then doesn't stand behind their product in the least. Try to sell you an outrageously expensive extended warranty but don't mention it's probably worth it because you will spend thousands fixing their garbage. First off they were supposed to have a 5th wheel hitch and ordered the wrong one after having my truck VIN. Then charged me a delivery fee. Within the first month my black tank tell out while sitting in a rv park. It was still hanging on by the neck and they told me I had to bring it to them for warranty work. This place is TERRIBLE! Tell your friends, tell your family, tell a stranger Marcus Lemonis company doesn't have any kind of customer service and gouge you at every chance.

  1 star is generous. My partner & I were discussing selling our 5th wheel. We called camping world, we get in contact with Ron, they had us drop the 5th wheel off so they could inspect it & give us a price quote. A few days pass and we call with no update. A few more days go on and I call wondering if they’ve looked at it.. they had not. I tell them it was only going to be a few days.. why is it taking longer? (All I wanted was an explanation, not upset). Since we had other options to sell it to. The guy I was speaking to gets an attitude with me, telling me “you can come pick it up”. So that’s what we do. We arrive at camping world and they can’t locate our 5th wheel (it took over an hour to find the 5th wheel, get it moved & leave) this isn’t including the time spent in the store waiting to be helped. We were sent to a detached lot.. no one to help us. We arrive at the lot only to find out they sent us to the wrong 5th wheel, my partner calls Ron, Ron tells us someone is on their way. Great. In the time it took someone to get over to the lot we found our 5th wheel parked in the very back corner of the furthest lot.. as we’re waiting for someone to come pull it out, another worker comes in and blocks in the 5th wheel. (Communication? Never heard of it apparently). This is a very short description of a week long process that was absolutely terrible.

  The people were friendly, but it's hard to park a motorhome. We were 1/2 up the side entrance when a leave larger motorhome wanted to go the opposite way. He backed up so we could finish going thru . There may be enough room for 2 cars but nothing bigger.

  Really? Don't know what's going on down there. Had my trailer on consignment, they gave possession of the trailer. Two and a half weeks ago and still are trying to say that it needs to be funded before they can cut me a check, literally fifteen days ago.And I still have not seen a check
