  Fast and not pushy but I did add an extra service of rear transfer oil change. Great team here in Ferndale.

  The asst manager was on top of everything. Not only friendly but gave me good advice. The whole place was fast and efficient. Changed my cabin filter which has never been done.

  My 20 yo daughter went into this location and was led to believe if the transmission wasn't serviced right now, that chips would end up in her transmission case and she would ruin her transmission. She was also sold on needing a serpentine belt replacement. She previously trusted this store. When she arrived she was there after only 2500 miles since her last oil change. At her last oil change she received Full synthetic oil. Instead of doing what all the competitors would do and offer a top off service. They proceeded to do the unneeded oil change and build the ticket from essentially an unneeded oil change to a $396. When this place was locally owned and operated as Ferndale Lube, they were awesome. Now that they are Valvoline, they are awful. Their local line connects you to Kentucky and their Customer Service reps. Whatever you do, avoid this location. This is has become typical Corporate Store that has little regard for maintaining solid local customer relationships and is more interested in chasing dollars and damaging long standing customers. Do not take your cars to this location for anything without expecting to be upsold, lie to and receiving corporate lines of BS.

  I love it all the convenience of the whole thing. My experience with Valvoline the past 6+yrs has been nothing but great. Highly recommend.
