  I love how thorough they are and I love that I can sit in my car and do work on my phone while getting things off my to-do list like an oil change. And the price is right.

  When I ask for just an oil change, that’s exactly what I get. They don’t try to force me to do or purchase any other things. They’re very courteous and kind. I go there every 3000 miles from my vehicle.

  I had such an outstanding experience with Taeya at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Bellingham, WA this morning. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly educational throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly knows her craft and genuinely cares about helping customers understand what’s going on with their vehicle instead of just rushing them through. Beyond that, she was simply an awesome human being — kind, personable, and clearly proud of the company she represents. That kind of attitude is rare, and it absolutely reflects well on your team and culture. Hire more people like Taeya. Employees like her are the reason customers come back.
