- KJKelly J5 days ago1.0I took my son's car in a few months ago to get the brake pads changed. While changing the brake pads they broke a piece and needed to have a new one delivered from another store. The piece was delivered, it turned out to be the wrong piece so they had to have another one delivered. I spent hours at the location while they fixed this issue, but tried to be understanding as mistakes happen. They finally completed the work, I brought the car home, my son let me know the next day that now the emergency brake wasn't working. I called the store, the manager said we needed to try and engage the brake numerous times and that should fix the issue. Of course that didn't work so I had to bring the car in again to have them fix the issue they had caused. Fast forward a few months, the new brake pads start squealing again. Turns out they had done something else wrong when initially installing the break pads. Over $1000 and many hours of my time for brake pads, no refunds or discounts offered. I just wanted my son to be driving a safe car. I am so disappointed and will not be back.
