Reserved a vehicle here for same day pickup. After ubering over I am told they have nothing for me and there's nothing they can do. While this is understandable and is just the situation, they refused to shuttle me to the location that does have one in stock at the airport. I shouldn't have had to pay for a $50 uber because they had a system error. Unacceptable.

This is the only location I visited in eight states that does not provide any sort of transportation to and from a location within 5 miles on weekends. When I asked to speak to the manager, they were rude and to make matters worse. the vehicle they gave me smelled like cigarettes had a cracked windshield. I didn’t bother reporting this to the location because it seems they’d rather argue than truly listen to what their customers need and actually provide service. The lack of communication about the weekend drop offs was a huge issue combined with the vehicle provided. I’ve had other issues at this location in Federal Way before when they refused to rent to a friend and made them wait four hours until I could get there and then when I got there, they tried to charge me a higher rate by adding this person as a second driver with Costco. Long story short, I hope to never return to this location.

Renting from your Federal Way, Pacific Hwy location was was a pleasant experience. I had Janita assisting at check in and can only say great things about her. She had a full house and it was within closing time but she never made any of the guests, including me feel rushed or as an inconvenience. She had a great attitude and was incredibly friendly and professional and made the pick up easy and smooth. Drop off was just as easy and again had a friendly, sweet employee named Olivia that made the drop off quick, easy and she was very personable and friendly. Thank you for your professional employees who make customers feel welcomed.

This was the worst experience renting a car. We got in last night, booked a car online, received a confirmation text for the booking the next day. We checked out of our hotel in the morning and ubered to enterprise for them to tell us they are sold out and they “tried calling”. I have no missed call or voicemail. They did not even offer to help us find a replacement or suggest another local company. The customer service rep was rude and callous with no regard for the fact that we were now stranded without a vehicle.
