  First part of December 2025, I took my car in to get an oil change at eagle who I've been going to for 30 years, never had a problem. They always fixed everything I needed to be fixed and I've always bought my tires from them . When the original owner passed away his son took over, all of a sudden my oil changes doubled what I used to pay and to let you know my car is 25 years old. When his dad was running the place I always got the coupon discount every single time I was there on oil changes, my oil change was well over $89. Yeah they check everything supposedly. Not even 4 days after I got my oil change and they checked everything I was coming up highway 18 okay I just got up and got into Federal Way just crossed over 99 on the 348th and my car stopped right in the middle of the road and quit running. It was dark it was raining I did not know what to do. And a Federal Way police officer pulled up nicest person ever, I told him what happened and I told him I just had my oil change 4 days ago at eagle tire he says pop your hood well evidently when they were checking everything one of the big hoses that they took off and they put back they stripped the bolt that holds the hose onto my car and it popped off. The police officer fixed it the best he could just so I could get home my ex-husband had to follow me to eagle tire the next morning yes they fixed it but like the police officer said this should not have happened and if it would have came off when I was coming up highway 18 and all that traffic I could have been hurt in my car could have been destroyed. It definitely was their mechanics fault and for as many years 30 years I have taken every vehicle I own including my pickup truck to them I didn't even get an apology or hey will give you a free oil change next time.. being loyal to eagle for 30 years and that's what I get especially since I could have been hurt my car could have been destroyed if that thing would have came off on highway 18 how would I know. 30 years of loyalty means nothing to them anymore.. not since John passed.

  No not with that maneger serg. Always yelling and being over the shoulders. He was out of control.
