  Great service.. I used to go to the one up in Smokey Point which before they transferred into a Valvoline they would wash my windows and check my oil pressure and always fill my window washing fluid I don't think your company does any of that and that would really be a great thing to add. I've been going to Valvoline Smokey Point ever since it transferred hands there but I live in Everett so I decided I would try the one here on Broadway and they were great.

  Alexander was cool, knowledgeable, and professional during my oil change. Shout out to Jayden for the work and Joey for being a boss. 🙌 Very quick 20 minute change with wipers.

  The young men that were working there were absolutely amazing! Great customer service, and great prices. I have already referred a few friends to go there for their automotive needs. Love this place!

  I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the team at your Broadway location in North Everett. This is the second time I’ve brought my 2003 Jeep Liberty in, and both experiences have left a lasting impression. I don’t usually write reviews, but coming back a second time and receiving that same level of care and consistency really meant something. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, it was genuinely refreshing. The manager and staff were kind, professional, and respectful of my budget. I never felt pressured into anything beyond what I could afford, and that meant more to me than I can fully express. Each visit, I’ve walked away feeling valued and taken care of. Thank you for setting such a high standard—it truly shows.
