    I came down to get a quick wash to remove the pollen from the spring; what I got instead was a remarkable experience. I spoke with two employees, both of whom were very friendly and helpful, and showed me the facilities I was interested in (I had never seen a mat wash, that's a huge time saver). The vacuums are top-down, which makes them easier to move around, and suction was excellent. The mat wash station works for both carpet and rubberized mats. Prices are comparable to other businesses, and they have more perks, so I will definitely by taking my other vehicles here. Thank you for everything!

    During my visit, had questions about the app and needed a little bit of help. Big shout out to Harris, one of the workers there who was extremely helpful, and I appreciated his professionalism. Overall I give this place 5 stars, due to the customer service, quality of the wash, and the overall cleanliness of the place.

    Staff was great(like dutch bros level enthusiasm), the facilities aren't very effective for actually dirty vehicles though. We had been meaning to get the car washed after the pollen seems to have died down a bit, the wash didn't remove much of the pollen despite ordering the works package.

    Quiero recomendar ampliamente a Ben por su excelente ayuda y profesionalismo en el car wash. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarme en todo el proceso para cambiar mi auto por otro. Su conocimiento, paciencia y honestidad hicieron que todo fuera mucho más fácil y confiable. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarme cada detalle, resolver mis dudas y asegurarse de que yo tomara la mejor decisión.     I waited 24 hours before I wrote this review just to be sure , my emotions weren't getting the best of me and to give this business the benefit of the doubt. I have visited this location 4 times the first time was the day that they opened.It was the owner at the window. It Was a great experience no issues i even purchased two of the monthly car wash subscription subscriptions 1 for my husband and 1 for my father. My second visit. I received a free coupon for any car wash in the mail had no issue there. My third visit, I went to vacuum out my car. No problem, multiple customers use in vacuums. No encounters with staff now yesterday i went to vacuum and wash my car.The female that I am I like to vacuum And then I wash just like my home , I vacuum , then I dust. They have approximately 12 stalls with free vacuums. There was only 2 customers that were vacuuming their vehicles. Me being the third sooner did I get out of my car there was a staff member who claimed to the manager ( name was PJ or P Something 2 letter name) minding you, I barely got 2 feet out of my car.This individual walks up to me and tells me that the vacuums are for customers only.Well great , i'm a customer who pays for 2 monthly subscriptions he asked me my phone number.I told him my phone number.The subscriptions are under my phone number its Under my debit card number and email. He further tells me I need to get myself and get my husband's phone number to see if the subscription is attached to his number i started questioning his Reason he tells me that it is company policy that vacuums are for customers only I again explained.I am a customer I pay for 2 monthly subscriptions i also further explained to him.How does a customer know your company policy When this policy isn't even posted anywhere in the lot And furthermore , why am i not considered a customer he states that I need to wash my car first to be considered a customer. I drive a 2017 Lexus that on a scale of being dirty inside and out i would say was only a 2 out of 10. I proceeded to just excuse his interaction with me and proceeded to get the vacuum and go about my business knowing it will only take me less then 5 minutes to vacuum my entire car. He decides to go stop the vacuum while I was vacuuming and already finished my driver's side I said excuse what is your deal he again says im not a customer since I haven't washed my car yet and it's against company policy to use the vacuum before washing minding you it's a policy posted nowhere for anyone I am literally the 3rd customer out of 12 vacuum stalls available again I tell him I am a customer who will be washing their car when im done vacuuming and I also pay for 2 monthly subscriptions and your policy is posted nowhere for anyone to see and now I could've already been done vacuuming if you would've just left me alone my vehicle is nice and there was 10 available vacuums open for use and no one is waiting there is no line for a vacuum but there was a line for washing when I pulled in and who does he think he is telling me the owner of my vehicle what order i need to clean my car rather vacuum or wash first it doesn't matter and to keep saying im not a customer even though I do pay for 2 monthly wash subscriptions I purchased and pay monthly for that are gifts for my dad and husband by now im extremely annoyed and irritated I already asked for the manager he said he was so I asked for the owner who I met opening day then this so called manager tells me he isn't the owner cuz i asked where is spence at so now he is lying to me then trying to dictate my cleaning processes telling me im breaking a policy that isn't even posted shutting off my vacuum in the middle of vacuuming he even touched my arm when I went to push the button to restart the vacuum sayin im not a customer and now has the other customers attention clearly doesn't care and kept stating im not a customer that's when I said as of right now your correct I am NO LONGER A CUSTOMER IM CANCELING the monthly charges I pay DONT GO HERE i have more to say but no more room
