  I got scammed into signing up for a membership and the person who did it is name Maxton K. I only wanted one car wash, that’s it! I literally repeated myself 3x times that I do not want to sign up for anything and I only wanted a car wash. Then I was told by Maxton that it’s not a subscription/ membership and I would get a free month without signing up for anything. It was ALL a LIE! It is NOT right to lie to someone to sign up for a membership for an incentive! Then I asked another staff member to check to see if this person did sign me up and they said no. But then I get a notification a few minutes later indicating I signed up for a 30-day free trail membership. I don’t trust the staff here at this car wash because they will all lie to your face. DON’T give out your email or phone number to them if they ask you because they will sign you up without your consent! If they got time to scam people into signing up for membership just so they can get an incentive then I got time to report them to the businesses bureau and FTC for scamming and false practices. This place need to do better.

  This was one of the best car wash services I’ve had in a while. The employees especially Malia and Max really topped off this experience making it a worthy investment of time and money. Being new in the area I was concerned about finding a trustworthy place for my car washes, but after today I know I made the right choice. I can say with 100% certainty that I will be returning in the near future for this excellent service!!

  The best car wash in town do I dare say in all Washington! Customer service, terry towels, the vacuum and the whole Experiences is A+! Special shout out to Malia, Sam, and Rafif one of the best service support Employees here, super attentive, and friendly!

  I feel like I wasted time and money. $28.00 later and I'm annoyed. I suspect the water system is too stingy there were tons of small pine needles remaining in the vertical cracks along the rear window. And in the plastic tray under the windshield wipers. And spots all around the windshield, the sides and also the 3 inches of glass beneath the wipers. I found this out when I went to use the vacuum. I was vacuuming for a few minutes and kept looking at the towels which seems to be empty. Eventually I went to the towel dispenser and turn the plastic handle that's on the right side. Nothing came. So no towels on the left side no towels on the right side for the vacuums area. So I talked to an employee. He was very polite and said he would fix it. He halfway fixed it. He unlocked the dry towel dispenser and unjammed it so I had a few dry towels. He said he'd come back with some wet towels for the left side vacuum where they are kept. After 5 minutes approximately I went to ask him again and he so they're coming. Waited. Then after another 5 minutes I went inside and was politely greeted by somebody. There were about six or seven employees all in the lobby area. I stated my car wash finished 15 minutes ago and I'm still waiting on towels. I said please either bring the wet towels or issue a refund. I was assured some wet towels would be forthcoming. Someone did bring them just a few minutes later. Two wet towels. None for the rack outside. I should also mention that while I was waiting on the towels, a few cars stopped behind me as if maybe they were waiting for a vacuum and I was sitting in my car. After a few minutes I moved the car to a non- vacuum parking spot. Only two vacuums for a place that seems to do a high volume. With so many employees, how can it be that the dry towels are stuck and the wet towels are empty? Management, there is absolutely no need to ask me for clarification or ask me to call or email to discuss my dissatisfaction. No need at all.

  It does a great job and the vacuums are strong. I bring my own towels to wipe any drops remaining after the blow dry. They have machines that wash your foot mats... both types. I wash my car at least once a week so it pays to become a monthly member and I can go through as many times a month as I want. But if you are coming back onto Evergreen Way on a busy car wash day, from the car wash PLEASE turn right only so those who are behind you can also get back on Evergreen in a timely manner.⁹
