  Booked an appointment at 1. Called and asked if I can leave it a little early since I had errands to run. They happily said yes. Explained after appointment about what they fixed on my car and just some details. Fast easy and simple guys. They did my alignment when 3 other shops couldn’t so I’m thankful. Thank you mark and team.

  I got my oil change but I meant what I said when I’m never coming back here again. Phil was a good guy but the catalyst of my frustration was Marc. I called ahead to ask if they would honor the 15% coupon I had and Marc said yes. All was well and good when I got that answer. I drove 30 mins to this place, when I could have easily gone some place closer. Only to hear that they wouldn’t honor the coupon. I was furious. Marc either lied to me or didn’t listen to my question. And if Tire Nation & Auto Repair Point S wants to keep employees like that, they’ll get no business from me. Marc, from one man to another, work on yourself. You stood by and said nothing as this was happening. Holding to your word is something good men do. Disreputable men say nothing and let someone else take the heat. Phil, thank you for helping.
