  Gas is good however my really big main issue is paying, “locking feature” or something when you insert your card rips your card apart and kills your chip so I have 4 debit and 2 credit cards that had the chips destroyed and had to be replaced and as a father it’s annoying, this card has only been used chip wise at this gas station

  The person at the station literally harassed me because I had sat there for five minutes, letting my car cool down because I just drove over two hours and told me I couldn’t sit there. Keep in mind there was only one other car at the gas pumps and all these other open spots so she was definitely on a power trip if a company is going to allow this to happen I don’t feel like any of us can be there because who’s to say whatever Power Trip they’re gonna be on the next day could be worse so I would just say if you’re wanting to go to Safeway go to another one down the road or even the gas station right across the street they are nice have bathrooms and the gas is top-tier unlike Safeway’s which gas is not top tier just like their service. Just be careful for the employees on the power trips, cause they don’t handle them there!!

  It's an ok spot for gas, other than the what seems to be constant breaks. If paying cash or wanting to grab something to drink or snack on while pumping gas, I have been met with a sign that someone will be back after their lunch or a little note to say "Be back in 15 minutes". Hmmm, when was the sign put up? A minute ago? 14 minutes ago? 10, 5? No idea because it didn't indicate a time line. I left my house to make a special trip just for gas and to use my points, yet I'm back home wondering if I am safe to take a chance in the morning before work, or go back tonight again. This is the third time in a row, different times the door was locked and someone will be back at a time I need to guess when. It is quite frustrating. I went once a few weeks ago, again last week, and today, 01/13/26, I stopped around 4 and the 15 minute sign was up. I was frustrated because I have cash and want to use my points. I went home. Around 6:15 PM, I decided to go back so I don't have to stop in the morning before work, and worry about another sign in the window and the door locked. Imagine that, the same "Be back in 15 minutes" sign was again on the locked door. Now I have to wait and go in the morning and hope someone is actually there or I'll have to get gas elsewhere unable to use my points. Very frustrating to say the least. I appreciate the response and hope something can be fixed. I understand business, and sometimes staffing doesn't allow for a replacement for breaks and lunch. It's just simply because it happens so often so soon that has me frustrated. Thanks again for the response and look forward to hopefully some positive changes. Have a great day.
