1. My original appointment was canceled and rescheduled without sufficient notice or explanation, which caused a significant inconvenience.
2. Throughout the rescheduling process, communication was poor. I received little to no proactive updates regarding the status of my appointment, leaving me uncertain about when the service would actually be completed.
3. After the windshield replacement was performed, I noticed an air leak around the windshield while driving. This indicates that the installation may not have been completed correctly and raises concerns about the quality of the workmanship.
Now I need to drop my car at one of their workshop at my own cost and time.

My Safelite repair went so well!!! My back side window shattered recently, and I needed to repair it. Found Safelite on the internet, and learned they come right to your house!!! On a day and time you choose yourself! Easy peasy! The window tech was super nice, and I was comfortable right away! Sometimes inviting strangers, even service workers, to your home can be scary.... but this guy was really professional and made me feel comfortable instantly! The repair didnt take long at all, less than an hour. The side window looks AMAZING and I am so thankful! While I hope I never need window repair again, if I do, I'm using Safelite!

We've used Safelite in the Seattle area several times and they do good work. Gabriel was great and explained everything to me. Love that they can come to me instead of me going to them. I love that I can check what my insurance covers before booking a service.

Collision windshield damage made the vehicle unsafe to drive west except in the morning. We drove from Sultan WA to Safelite in Everett ny noon and were on our way about 2pm. Our Safelite technician, David, loaned us a drill so we could install a temporary side mirror.

I tried to get my windshield replaced through Safelite for 3–4 weeks, and the experience was incredibly frustrating.
I paid for the service upfront, yet weeks later the replacement still wasn’t completed.
For my first appointment, I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning and Ubered to the gym because I was told the replacement and camera calibration would take 2–3 hours. About 10 minutes later after arriving at the gym, Safelite called and said the windshield they planned to install was damaged and they needed to order another one. I understood, but I had to Uber back to the shop and reschedule.
The following Tuesday, I dropped my car off again at 8:00 AM and Ubered to work. As soon as I got to work, Safelite called and said they couldn’t replace the windshield because they were missing parts that needed to be ordered. What made this especially frustrating was that they had called the day before to confirm my appointment. Why wasn’t this discovered before I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle? Once again, I had to Uber back after work to pick up my car and reschedule.
For my third appointment, I dropped my car off at 7:45 AM and Ubered back to work. I was expecting the job to finally be completed by the time I was off work. After having my car for more than 8 hours, Safelite called to say it still wasn’t ready.
The biggest issue wasn’t the delays themselves—it was the lack of preparation and communication. Multiple appointments were scheduled and confirmed despite Safelite not having the necessary windshield or parts available.
By the end of this experience, I had taken SIX Uber rides because of Safelite’s scheduling and inventory issues. I literally spent more money on Uber transportation than my windshield replacement cost.
I paid for the service, showed up to every appointment, and did everything I was supposed to do as a customer. Unfortunately, Safelite repeatedly wasted my time, cost me additional money, and failed to deliver the level of service I expected.
