- TSTrish Schaut5 days ago5.0Matt the technician and everyone at Safelite Autoglass made it very easy to get my windshield replaced! Everyone was very professional and friendly, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They came to my home at a convenient time and did an excellent job!
- MAMatthew AinaSep 22, 20261.0Highly do not recommend. Customer service was extremely poor. My rear windshield shattered and insurance recommended Safelite. According to insurance, Safelite was not to do the work if they knew they couldn't access this liftgate/tailgate compartment and instead call me to let me know before doing any work. The glass was replaced without letting me know they wouldn't be able to get the glass out of the liftgate/tailgate compartment. I did not find this out until when I picked up my car. Apparently the technician was more eager to get commission instead. In addition, shards of glass remained visible in my car and I spent another 15-30 mins cleaning the glass right outside the location. Terrible experience
- BBBill123321Sep 18, 20264.0Windshield was installed professionally, installed five days ago and so far, no issues. Observations: a couple mornings later, crackling/popping sound played when car was warming up, could be due to cold weather. Car was parked on a sloped lot without parking brakes engaged causing a loud bang when I shifted gears from P to D. Technician should have applied the parking brakes after finishing the job.
- TLT LSep 15, 20265.0I just finished a rock chip repaired in my car and service was smooth and efficient! I barely had time to finish a short email while I wait! Of special mention is the Technician Christian who greeted me just as I was pulling my car into Safelite. He inspected the rock chip and gave me succinct details about the nature of the damage and what to expect as he tries to repair it. The chip was potentially going to be a difficult one. Christian’s service was at a level of personal service I used to see growing up but less and less now in today’s service world. Christian was extremely efficient and professional. At the end of it all, the chip was nicely repaired to my satisfaction! So Bravo Christian and bravo Safelite! Keep it up. Highly recommended location!
- SSShubham SaxenaSep 4, 20263.0Great with scheduling and the convenience of home appointments. However - claims through them for OEM don't seem to get approved (you have to pay the difference compared to after market comparison even with full glass coverage.) They default to aftermarket/third party replacements. Ended up doing with a different local shop - they got me OEM replacement 0$ out of pocket with insurance.. Not sure what's going on - my guess is that safelite over charges for OEM or they get over charged. Either way. I prefer OEM even if it means going in person.
