  The technician, Patrick, was absolutely wonderful and deserves a huge shout out. Him coming to me was so convenient and of course, it was raining on the day he came out, but he made the best of the space we had available in our garage and even had a canopy to make sure he could get the job done. He communicated well throughout the process, was professional and cared about doing a great job. I would absolutely recommend Safelite and Patrick!

  Service technician was excellent, and the office staff was super friendly. They will come to you, which is an excellent service, especially in an area that gets 9 months of rain!!

  Took my car in for a chip repair and this chip was the size of a tack at best! It’s cracked halfway across the windshield now. I called my insurance company who said for chip repairs they recommend Gerber auto glass instead because this Safelite has a higher rate of failed repairs due to untrained technicians. My insurance called Safelite Solutions to try to remedy the situation but they were zero help at all. They didn’t tell us it could break before they took my car back, only after the repair had already “failed”. It’s bad business not to inform customers of risks.I would not have repaired that microscopic chip that you couldn’t even see had they explained the risks. Now I’m out an entire windshield because they were not skilled enough to do a simple repair. I’ve had chips as big as a quarter repaired no problem! I’ll get a new windshield elsewhere where they actually explain what they are doing and have the skills to do it.

  Huge shout out to the 1 guys who put in work on replacing the vent glass on my x5 they took their time especially since its not a normal repair. And huge shoutout to the manager for working with me on it he showed true understanding and compassion for a customer highly recommend this current crew
