  This was my first visit here and it won't be my last. My car really looked clean. And the manual cleanup station for vacuuming detailing was large and generous with equipment and free cloth towels. Pricing with tax gorva basic wash: about $12. Well worth it.

  This place has faulty equipment that causes the car wash shut down while your inside and it will damage your car then they blame you !!! It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone . Besides customer service who tells you to contact the location you visited .

  It was good when it first opened, but then the equipment started breaking down, and they didn't perform any maintenance. Now they operate with very few machines available, and the ones that do work are terrible. I recommend Tommy Car Wash; they offer a free month upon sign-up, and it's a brand-new car wash in town.

  Despite the wash stopping twice while I was inside, it did a pretty good job on the car. If you are not a member they REALLY want to make you a member. I do not appreciate that. There are several other car washes in Everett that I would rather use but this one's not terrible

  This would be a one star but the associate was kind enough to let me pull through the wash again. Still not clean- I left after the second try. This location cannot wash your car on all sides. It leaves the lower portions of all panels dirty, as well as side mirrors and rear hatch with streaks and a film of dirt that should otherwise been removed.
