  I was trying to reserve a vehicle online, but was not successful. Site was down After several attempts to pay, I decided to pick up the phone and call. I called several different locations. Finally I came across a gentleman by the name of Jack should’ve got his last name, but I did not. Jack was very courteous, knowledgeable, eager and wiling. We comment management team that trained this young man. As a business owner, I know how important it is to get positive feedback on Business practices and employees performance . This young man is an extraordinary representative for your company.

  I just rented my first moving truck from Penske and I could not have asked for better customer service. Jack was awesome. He was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and even hooked us up with a free hand truck rental because of a last minute truck switch. We didn’t even ask for it! He just did it when he overheard my wife and I debating whether we wanted to rent one from them in addition to the one that we own so that we could both do runs back and forth to the truck. It ended up being a lifesaver because the metal on our hand truck actually sheared in half part-way through our move! The one he rented to us for free was also brand new! Anyway, he said the truck that they were originally going to rent to us was dirty, so he swapped it out. I was a little disappointed that the replacement truck was quite a bit older with 105k miles on it, but it ran fine and got the job done. Their reservation process was also super smooth and they were running a promotion that saved us a little money. By comparison, U-Haul's reservation system is an absolute nightmare. U-Haul claimed they had a truck at a location 8 minutes away from us, only to change our reservation the day before to a new pickup location that was 35 minutes away with no way to change it to something closer! We ended up canceling and making a new reservation with Penske and I am so glad that we did. Thanks again Jack! And to whoever manages him, give this man a raise because he deserves it for top-notch service.

  This Penske location has consistently been our go-to for truck and van rentals. The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, and the facility itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Every truck or van we’ve rented has been clean, newer, well-equipped, safe, and ready to go when promised. (All fluids & gas filled, truck clean, etc) I really appreciate the straightforward, competitive pricing, never hidden fees, no surprises, always efficient & clear! They’ve also consistently had a great selection of vehicle sizes and options available (even if the color choices are white or yellow 😅). Whether we’ve needed a cargo van or a larger moving truck, availability has never been an issue. We’ve rented from this Penske location multiple times and will absolutely continue using them in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable truck rentals, moving vans, excellent customer service, and hassle-free service. Full marks!

  Great work but pretty grumpy workers starting with the lady at the front desk. I thought i was in an old DOL office for a second. No smiles, no welcome after thank you. Work was done so I won't complain to much. Have a great day Penske.
