Only rent from here if you want to be treated like garbage, talked down to and to have your guaranteed reservation given to someone else. Thats what happened to me today. Thanks to the rude and horrible customer service though, National upheld their promise to executive elite members at a airport. They got me a premium SUV with 3 days free on my week reservation so i only had to pay $200. They also promised they would make sure things change at paine field. They also offered to pay for my uber to the other rental agency that they got my car through. Other people who also had reservation today were less lucky, the agent basically told them they should have booked earlier flights, and reservations dont mean anything. Only reason I was taken care of was my membership level. I feel bad for everyone else Leah or Eileen ,or whatever her name was, screwed over. She should be fired or given a final warning. As a customer who spends over 200 days a year traveling, and 125 rentals this year I could not believe how she acted and how she gave away my and other peoples reservations to walk ups. Hope the commission was worth the lives you screwed up.

National once again was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, the emerald Isle is more than worth it, hauled your bags to the isle, pick your car and drive off just show I'd and car keys on your way out. The convenience alone makes them worth it. Quality of car is also top notch and always clean, fueled, and completely ready to go.
