  Really good experience at Grease Monkey. Quick, smooth, and easy. Just dropped the car off, handed them the keys, and it was done in about 20 minutes. Appreciate the guys who took care of it!

  Took my car here to figure out a brake issue. They were not able to figure out what was going on. I waited over 3 hours the first day I was there. The second day I found out the problem and realized they didn’t give me my lug nut key back. Went back there multiple times and they kept giving me the wrong key. Eventually I gave up and so did they. They had to replace my lug nuts with non locking ones they covered the labor and I had to pay for the lug nuts. Which I don’t think was fair because I also had to pay for the tow and trips back and forth. It’s was a nightmare for a couple a days. I would recommend finding a different auto shop or make sure the actual mechanic is there.

  Extremely frustrating experience with Grease Monkey. We initially brought our car in on Friday for a regular oil change. While we were there, we were asked if we wanted to replace the serpentine belt since it was due. We agreed and were told it would take about 20 minutes. After about 30–40 minutes, we started asking for an update and were told they were still trying to locate the part. What was supposed to take 20 minutes ultimately took over 2 hours because they had to travel to multiple stores to find the correct part. They were unable to get the part and had to order it and told us to come back on Saturday. We came back Saturday, and after the belt was finally replaced, our car immediately began making severe screeching noises whenever we turned—a problem the car did not have before the service. We immediately brought the car back and asked them to take a look. They said they weren’t sure what the issue was and told us to return the next day (Sunday) when their “mechanic” would be there. The next day, we showed up, only to find out that the mechanic wasn’t even there and told us he would be in on Monday. I asked if they were willing to at least take a look at the vehicle or replace the part, and they said they could. However, they didn’t have the part in stock and said they would have to order it for the following day. We offered to get the part ourselves. We located it at AutoZone and had it back to them in about 15 minutes, hoping this would allow them to resolve the issue quickly. Instead, we waited another hour while they continued servicing other vehicles, including vehicles that had arrived after we returned. Our car remained sitting there, no work had been done, the screeching continued, and no one provided us with any updates or explanation for the delay. Finally, we asked again how much longer it would be and whether we needed to take the vehicle somewhere else. They told us they would be right over to take a look. About 5 minutes later, three employees came over, looked at the vehicle for approximately 2 minutes, and then told us they were not comfortable replacing the part. We were told we could either come back another day or take the vehicle somewhere else. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating—from being given an inaccurate time estimate, to the problem occurring immediately after their repair, to making multiple trips back, to waiting for hours, and receiving virtually no communication or updates. We came in for a routine oil change and agreed to an additional service that they recommended. We left with a new problem that has still not been resolved, despite giving them multiple opportunities to address it. At this point, we just want our vehicle properly inspected and the issue resolved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Grease Monkey for anything, but a simple oil change. From now on, we will be taking our vehicles elsewhere.

  Had a good experience the first time going here. So I went there today. So they didn't address me with anything "wrong" they wrote on my paper major oil leak. Had i not read that I wouldn't have known. And the check point list were they check and complete things. Why put it on the list if you aren't doing it?! COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!! not sure if I will be returning to this location. I gave them my car went inside asked a couple questions. Dude said they will come tell me. I had to go ask them about what they are putting in my car. Or what I want in my car. DO BETTER! you're getting paid to provide excellent customer service!!!!!

  It was horrible I went there on the 11th of this month I had to go back on the 14th because they messed up on filling my oil I paid over $150 some odd dollars for a oil change for me to come right back to have them fill it up and only did they fill it up they put 12 and a half quarts in my A7 Audi it was a horrible experience and I hope my engine is not ruined I didn't expected on Tuesday I don't recommend anybody going there it was just not a good experience for me
