7/24/26 at an appointment with Grease monkey for rear brake work at 9 am which I had put a deposit for them to order parts mentioned will be waiting while time. Vehicle didn't get into shop for 45 minutes, another hr goes by was told incorrect parts ordered due to two different styles(should have order both types) of brakes on explorer models. They went ahead and order parts from same company which was going to take another hour or so to get in. I while I waited walked out to shop and took a look saw that the tech had sprayed my right rear caliper piston boot with Wd 40 any tech knows that oil and rubber don't mix well will see what comes of it in a few months. Parts arrived my vehicle gets done at 145 pm. Correct parts and time would've been 10/1030 tops.
Manager went ahead and saved me $100 from original quote $420 for the inconvenience. I look at my bill don't see the $50 deposit towards the final bill $355.39
Went back in for pulsation issues while braking on 8/5/26.come to find out 1 lug nut was missing on right rear. Little safety issues here. They went ahead and redid the brake work as replaced 8 of my lug nuts per my concern due to 1 being missing from prior work. Manager kept coming up with issues problems to my complaint.

I stopped by to ask where another business was located to fill my tires with air. One of the team told me that they would be happy to help. The service was so great I stayed for an oil change. I highly recommend Grease Monkey
The service was fantastic

My trucks transmission, for lack of a better term, pooped the bed. The staff at Grease Monkey had the issue diagnosed, and a new transmission ordered, and installed inside of a week. Something that likely would have taken ford 2-3 weeks to complete. The price was manageable [as manageable as you can expect a transmission change to be] especially with the wonderful discount they have for Boeing Employees or Veterans. I will be going to them for all of my automobile needs moving forward, and I would recommend you all do the same.

Several weeks ago my Ford Ranger started to suddenly die while I was driving. After a $250 tow and paying a mechanic (who didn’t really figure out what was wrong with it) to briefly get it running again I figured out on my own that a particular fuse kept blowing. So began a week or two of sudden deaths of my truck combined with the replacement of said fuse. Enter Grease Monkey on Evergreen Way. I’m there getting an oil change like I always do and I tell the GM Terry about the problem I’m having with the truck. He tells me he’ll go take a look at it. I flip through an exotic car magazine and grab a complimentary bottle of water. Terry returns. He explains that the fuse (for my ignition coils) kept blowing because whomever attached the cables for said coils did so in a fashion which allowed them to come loose and so if I took a sharp turn or hit a bump in the road it could loosen the coils, pop the fuse and my Ranger rolls to a dead stop on a busy street. He informs me that he readjusted the cables in a manner that is more befitting resilience.
He did this for free.
It has been two weeks since I got that oil change. No dead truck issues whatsoever. If you need an oil change or most any other automotive repair as they are a full repair shop you can’t go wrong with the Greasees on Evergreen Way. My recommendation is at a maximum.

UPDATE..... SO TYPICALLY WHEN THERE IS A FRANCHISE STORE WITH THE SAME NAMES THE SAME FRANCHISES EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED, TYPICALLY THEY STILL THROW THE PERSON A BONE FIX THE PROBLEM AND CHARGE THEM FOR FOR FIXING IT IF IT WAS A REPLACEMENT OF SOMETHING AND THEN SAY LET US GIVE YOU 50% OFF OF THE OIL CHANGE. I KNOW IN OUR BUSINESS THAT'S WHAT WE DO IT ALWAYS HAVE FOR OVER 70 YEARS........... We also tell the customer up front when they're calling on the phone and telling you the whole thing which you did not do saying that you were going to charge $140 odd dollars....So I'm really pissed off. My wife went to Grease monkey oil lube shop that used to be down by Costco in twin lakes Well she did whatever they told her to do as far as information keeping it in the computer. Well apparently they didn't do anything right and then they closed up the next month. They did not screw her oil cap on so we have been putting full oil changes almost in that car on a monthly basis spread I finally got her to go stop by. Well they said they couldn't find anything in their system who she went to in the sticker in the window didn't have their name on it. Well they know who those people were They know that they obviously were having problems with them so they could at least have given her a discount. I mean they charge for $140 which is ridiculous. I want them to find out where the receipt is you know from the last company because they're supposed to have all their computer systems connected together
