  I recently had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Someone hit my car and their insurance is responsible for all repair and supplying a rental car for me. When I called to make an appointment with Enterprise, I made sure to clarify that I am under the age of 21 and wanted to make sure that would not cause any issues with my ability to pick up the car. The man over the phone assured me that because insurance is covering the rental cost, my age is irrelevant. I continued to the Enterprise website that stated I could be subject to young driver fees, not mentioned to me over the phone. I accepted this and went through with my appointment. After I had dropped my car off for repairs, I entered the Enterprise building to pick up my rental car that I had been assured would not cause me any issues. Upon check-in I informed the associate I am under the age of 21 and he stated due to that fact; he needed to obtain a copy of my car insurance policy and coverages. I continued to do so and he informed me that he is unable to rent the car to me due to my insurance coverage being inadequate. He told me my only options would be to get in contact with the other driver's insurance and have them approve another driver over the age of 21 and wait for Enterprise to receive the new work request, or to upgrade my coverage with my insurance, wait for those documents to be updated, and submit that to Enterprise, which I frankly cannot afford given why I did not have the coverage they wanted in the first place. Enterprise left me stranded. Luckily, I had someone who was available to come pick me up, but anyone could easily be in a less fortunate circumstance. When I returned home, I continued to return to the website to look for where this policy would be stated. I was unable to locate the information, so I called Enterprise and asked the associate if he could show it to me in writing, as I took precaution to not run into any issues when I was actually at the place and was frustrated with the fact I then had no vehicle to get me to work the following day. I have a full-time job and still have not been able to locate any information stating there would be insurance requirements through Enterprise or the Evergreen Way location specifically. I understand if this is a policy, but my issue is no one can show me where they actually learned this policy. I highly DO NOT recommend using Enterprise's services if you are a young driver and encourage every driver to learn from my experience.

  great service close to my home. They will pick you up and drop you off if you need to be dropped off or picked up.the cars are always in great conditions, clean,tank full of gas I have been a return customer over ten years.

  Rented a car for our roadtrip, cigarette smell was head pulsing. Wouldn’t come here again or recommend the Evergreen way location to anyone

  I don't feel safe in your cars. The first one i rented for this trip nearly took our lives when the wheel flew off on the highway. The car jerked to the left very aggressively and could have easily flipped. We were left stranded on the the shoulder waiting for a tow, and over an hour after calling your roadside assistance i was informed no tow truck was on the way, ONLY after I called back to check that the expected 60 minute wait was still accurate. I was given a mini van to rent for the duration of my trip but by the time I was in California i noticed the A/C was not working. It got so hot in the car my phone was overheating and I was barely able to use maps on my phone. We found another enterprise in California and swapped out for another mini van, but the first one they brought out had some electrical issue and they had to put it back and get yet another one. It took four tries for Enterprise to find a car for me that was safe enough to drive for the duration of my trip. I have had good experiences in the past renting from Enterprise, but the experience of having a wheel simply detach while going highway speeds has left me terrified to be in a car. I wasnt able to sleep on the road trip without awaking with a start because I felt like I needed to be ready at any moment for a crash. Any bump in the road made me and my partner extremely nervous that the car was about to fail. Not only was this immensely stressful, but we lost an entire day of our trip, hotel stay, and the event we were heading to due to the set backs caused by Enterprise's faulty vehicles. I am extremely dissatisfied.
