  I popped in here to pick up some Castrol GTX SAE 10W-30. They are no longer carrying Castrol GTX but then the employee that was there remembered they had one more jug in the back. I talked with both employees for a couple minutes. They were both so genuine and kind. I wish I had picked up their names. This was 7/5/2026 at about 1pm. I even picked up a Coke. They gave the store the feeling of a local shop and not a big chain.

  I called ahead about a portable jump starter and was recommended a particular model and given the price. When I went in to buy, that model was out of stock, so they offered me the next higher model for the same price as the original one.

  Last week we were on a road trip to visit family in Washington. Before we left Utah, we'd had the car checked out at our local shop, but somehow they missed that our car battery was almost dead. When we pulled over for fuel and lunch in Everett, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that the car battery was now completely dead. Luckily we were right by this AutoZone, and they were very nice and helped us get a new car battery purchased and installed right away. We were able to be back on the road in almost no time, and everything with the car was smooth for the rest of our trip. We really appreciate the time the staff took out of their day to assist us; everyone at this shop was very kind.

  I needed assistance with replacing my windshield wipers for my Nissan Rogue. Both Joey and Kevin were prompt to help and also removed the old ones applied the Windshield repellent and all 3 new windshield wipers. Excellent customer service skills with a down to earth positive attitudes. Thank you Joey and Kevin for going the extra mile when it truly wasn't expected. I am a regular customer. These two deserve recognition for their efforts.

  Not only was the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help, when the gentleman loading my newly purchased battery into a car for me found out I was a veteran, he told me about their discount FOR vets! They even returned the battery and sold it to me again with the discount added! Most other places would have just said: "you have to tell us at the time of purchase", but they wouldn't have been as cheerful as this group was to take the extra time and get me that discount! That's a great group of folks who go out of their way to save ME money! I'll do ALL my auto part shopping there from now on! Look, it was only 23 bucks, but the fact that they truly CARED? They won my business!
