This was a whirlwind, but we made it through in the end. I was originally in to replace a bumper that had gotten snagged on a curb while backing up in a parking lot. Little did I know that this would turn into a three week ordeal that was not the fault of Absolute Auto. Things began when Glenda noticed that my front fender was out of alignment and that a previous repair to re-hang the bumper was performed with double-sided tape. Since that repair and the front fender was under an insurance claim from a close encounter with a New Orleans pothole, we had to re-open that claim. As they went deeper, the folks at Absolute Auto discovered that the shop that had done a repair two years ago had installed the tie-bar incorrectly, which caused my front bumper to hang 1 inch lower than it should have. That repair was also under an insurance claim, so we had to re-open that claim as well. After everything, spending three weeks in rental car, it was determined that the entire repair was to be covered by insurance, so I didn't end up paying a dime. Kudos to the team for finding everything, and kudos to Glenda for going to battle for me. I won't take my car to any other body shop from this point forward.

I called here and the reception lady who has been there awhile, was very rude to me. I had gone there before and they did a good job. They were totally booked and couldn't get me in this second time. So I asked her to recommend another place to call since they couldn't help me. She said, " now why would I do that? I'm not going to recommend someone." She was so rude. I will never go back because of how she spoke to me.
