  I wish I could give this store a million starts. The Manager Anthony went above & beyond to help take care of my Kia today. I highly recommend if you're in Ephrata to see them for oil changes, or headlight replacement. Thank you so much for taking exceptional care of me & my car today! I appreciate you!

  Surprisingly impressive! Driving around to the bays, a polite young man met me at bay 1 greeted me and informed me it would be about 2 minutes as the bays were full. Now I have had my oil changed here occasionally over the years but couldn’t remember ever being greeted until directed into a bay. I decided to remain in my car as I was going to check some phone messages. Before I could open my phone the manager greeted me and discussed my options while 2 or 3 service techs buzzed around my car checking front and back lights. I opted out having my tires and wipers checked as I only want the responsibility on my tire pressure. I have too many in-experience people over-inflate or under-inflate my tires. At this point I’m pretty impressed! I decided to engage with the manger and asked if they were under new management or ownership as I did here a little grumbling about the old establishment and knew they had closed and reopened. He briskly answered new ownership! Anthony then introduced himself as the manager and proceeded to explain buying a new home here and how he lobbied for the Ephrata location. While sitting there I watched the service tech under the hood put my dip stick in and then pulled it out checking the new level but then had a 2nd tech double check his reading of the new level. Now I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles up and down the West Coast as my sales territory over past 30 years and I have never seen the double checking of the simple task of looking at the oil level on the stick. I asked Anthony did I just see that right, and he replied yes as they doubled checked just about every task. Anthony explained why they provided double redundancies! I was so impressed as I pulled out I wanted to park, get out to thank and shake the hands of the 3 or 4 service technicians that worked on my vehicle. I would highly recommend our new Valvoline Instant oil change station. The cost was as expected with the price oil. Plus I received 2 nice discount coupons. Looking forward to my next visit and Thank you to the staff that took care of me today, respectful and professional service is pretty much nonexistent these days! Exceptional is an accurate description!
