  Great service, the manager Anthony has the place running like a well oiled machine. Didn't try to pressure me into a bunch of extra services and products. There was a long line and they still had me out of there within an hour. I will be returning when I need the service again.

  Great service. Manager Anthony and his team took good care of my car and made wonderful recommendations that I wasn't aware of to help keep my car running smoothly in the years to come. Services were done quickly and professionally. Every memeber of the team I interacted with was polite and kind hearted. Thank you for your service and I'll be returning again for my next oil change.

  Stopped by the new Valvoline yesterday for an oil change and had a great experience. I barely had time to get out of my truck before one of the guys came out and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed an oil change, and they got me in immediately. They changed my oil and air filter, checked all my fluids, checked my tire pressure, and made sure everything was good to go. The whole experience only took about 15 to 20 minutes. The crew was super friendly, BSed with me the whole time, and made the whole process quick and easy without feeling rushed. Honestly one of the smoothest oil change experiences I’ve had. I’m genuinely so happy we finally have a top tier oil change place here in Ephrata. No more driving out of town, wasting gas, and hoping for decent service. Being able to stay local and still get a five star experience is awesome. Highly recommend checking them out.
