Today, after getting my oil changed, they told me that they could not get the bolt back into the skid plate and offered no solution, just gave me back the bolt. I took it home and my husband said they stripped the bolt out (it’s completely smooth) and the skid plate is only secured by one bolt. So now he will need to order a tapping kit to fix it. You should give the car back in better shape than when bringing it in. Terrible service, terrible customer service and I'm determined to let the entire town know to not go there unless they want more issues with their vehicle.

This place either employed children into management or the manager was napping in the office.
