  Great location to go shopping but the key/h price at 60 cents and another 99 cents session fee is a little steep. Though it probably was user error, or also took me 5-10 minutes and multiple plug in attempts to get it working.

  One of the high-speed charges was not working and there was somebody plugged into the other one I use their app to get support and that process was easy and went well, but unfortunately it was a mechanical problem and not something they could fix on their end so unfortunately I could not charge. The other two slower chargers were occupied also. This is the third time I've tried to use an evgo charger and was unsuccessful in doing so because of the fact that there's only a few of them at the location and they were all full or some were not working. So far I have not had a very good experience with evgo. 0 for 3 is not a good record to have. In The last 5 years this is the only charging Network I've ever had this many problems with.
