  The speed and the quality of the oil change experience is great. I’m asked questions, not pushed to purchase but am educated about other needs. From wipers, to transmission service to differential services, greatly appreciated .

  The techs were prompt and professional, the service was quick, the tech who rung me up was friendly and informative. I would recommend friends and family to come this location. I will be back for my next service with them.

  I highly recommend Valvoline in East Wenatchee. The customer service is outstanding, and the quality of service has been excellent every time I have visited. I have tried several service locations throughout the valley, and so far Valvoline has been the best experience by far. Not only is the service professional and efficient, but the pricing is also very reasonable and affordable. Because of the great experience I have had, I plan to continue bringing my vehicles here and will gladly recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for providing such exceptional customer service. I hope the high level of care and attention continues, and that the prices remain as accessible as they are today, especially during these times.   Stopped in at 5 P.M. on a Friday to get an oil change done and was received VERY well by Breyten. He walked me through the process, held a lead-by-example command with his team, and got my car done in record time. Very astute and professional. Even saw that I had a tail-light out and fixed it for $15! Best 15 I ever spent to not have to worry about getting pulled over for a ticket. Also, big shoutout to Mario who was very quick and accurate with his duties and the same goes to Jason as well, and although I couldn’t see Jason, I could hear him work well with his team via communication from within the pit. All in all the best experience I’ve had so far at Valvoline and I’ll definitely be back!
