  I had an oil change done earlier in the day yesterday at a different location, but they did not install a part correctly which caused a leak from one of the gaskets. I went to this Valvoline in my hometown, after noticing the leak and the manager Nick, and his team were absolutely great. They were fast, very kind, and fixed the issue for free. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding service and integrity.

  I like these guys. Been going here for quite sometime even when it was oil can henreys. Since Valvoline purchased it I haven't seen a drop in service or huge price increase. Service is always rapid when there isn't a line of vehicles ahead of you. Efficient as it should be.

  Service team- CSR: Brenton, Topside- Nicholas, Bottomside- Ray. Very pleased with my first visit! They checked everything that they could check. As they were doing the work the whole team was shouting out what they were performing so it must be something they do cause they did that with the car next to me which made me feel inclusive and important knowing they are being thorough and letting us know what's being done. I did have to ask for my tire pressure to be done but thats something small they also gave me a free tire cap as 1 of my tires was missing one for a few weeks now. Will definitely be coming back here! They asked me before if I wanted My cabin air filter, filter under hood " forgot what it was " & something to do with the front and back differentials. They showed me both filters and I opted just for the cabin air filter for now. I will come back for the others when time permits. It was fast & easy & they even have Tap to pay!
