Did not offer to check tire pressure, did not check all lights or blinkers. Were very busy so did not get all the services offered to me! Not worth the money I paid today!!

Friendly, quick service, asked me about additional maintenance which I’ll do but I didn’t have time today.

Assistant manager Breyten in the east Wenatchee location went the extra mile to clean the sticker residue off of my windshield. They have great customer service and great problem solving skills! Strongly recommend the east Wenatchee shop if you need someone to trust with your oil changes and other services.

I had an oil change done earlier in the day yesterday at a different location, but they did not install a part correctly which caused a leak from one of the gaskets. I went to this Valvoline in my hometown, after noticing the leak and the manager Nick, and his team were absolutely great. They were fast, very kind, and fixed the issue for free. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding service and integrity.
