  Very friendly staff. In and out quick and easy. More expensive than my specialized Subaru shops, but worth the tradeoff for being able to get service done on-demand without an appointment. Also appreciated not being pressured with upsells. Just the oil change service, quick, attentive, professional.

  Not a good experience at this location. They did not greet at the car while waiting, despite each employee noticing my waiting in line. The kid trying to show me my air filter striped my screws while trying to get to my filter, which he was unable to do, due to stripping them. He forgot to put my battery cover back on then proceeded to leave my car to work on another car and the other kid working on my car then slammed the hood down with the battery cover now stuck at the back of the hood, touching the windshield. All 4 techs appeared very young and lacking knowledge and know how. Usually Valvoline does a more thorough check on fluids as well, which did not happen here. I'm all for young kids working, but each appeared to need more training and to learn customer service skills, very impersonal compared to other locations. I was really excited as this location is more convenient, but will still find myself driving to Spokane after this experience.
