The lady store parts manager with glasses should be fired. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. In contrast, the staff at the Maple Valley store is much better and had a positive attitude talking to them. The part I needed was not available at the Maple Valley store, so I had to come here. I asked her to check the promotion on gold pads, but she kept insisting that it wasn’t available on those. When I checked online before coming to the store, I found that upgrading to Duralast gold break pads was indeed applicable. I wish I could give this lady zero stars and never have to come to this store again. Her attitude was very bad.

staffing treated me like an idiot and tried explaining to me how a self checkout station works as if i was a two year old even after I asked for part verification due to the same looking bulb with multiple different part numbers. This is not the only time this location has been disrespectful, one of the employees tried to pressure me awhile back into letting him install a led light in one of my headlights and ended up breaking the headlight housing, then said the housing was already broken and that it was on me to fix it. to be honest, i would rather let my ten year old work on my vehicle before ever letting autozone touch my vehicle again

Great customer service. I went in to purchase a battery terminal not only Curtis told me to bring the car up there and he will switch it out for me, he ended up finding out that wasn't the issue, fixed the issue, and refunded me for the terminal I purchased.
