I don’t appreciate the added surcharges that negate the discount coupon….a bit of bait and switch. The coupon did state it was 20% off the ENTIRE invoice, yet, nearly 20% was added back after the discount to charge more for the amount of oil my vehicle requires. Doesn’t pass the “seems right” test. Perhaps it’s just me….
- MMMcDJul 1, 20262.0I used to love this place, but unfortunately the last 4 times either my husband or I have taken a vehicle there either the customer service is bad, or the vehicle service is not consistent, or both. I am no longer confident in having my oil changes done there anymore. After 4 years I’ll be taking our vehicles elsewhere.

- NLNani LopezJun 16, 20261.0JUN 16th 2026 around 6:15pm I came in with my red Tesla vehicle to ask to get air tire pressure on my tire but the Assistance manager with the grey goatee facial hair specifically asked for a tip to get air pressure when it wasn’t even closing time yet then he proceeded to put air in my tires and mention about my valve stem caps and I said Oh! yeah I can put them on at home and he said how about you get out the car and help me put them on , In a really flirty manner way! and I got out the car and he mention to me that your really short and at that point I felt really uncomfortable and then he proceeded to ask if he can get in my car to look at it being a Tesla car and then I felt obligated to give him 10$ dollars because he came up to me after he was done asking how much I was going to give him cash…
