- JSJenae ShortAug 10, 20261.0Came in on July 15 2026 got a full synthetic oil change as well as some filters replaced, Work totaling$180 on my 2008 prius with 320,000 miles and these idiots failed to add any oil. When i finally figured out what the issue was and put oil in because i have to commute an hour to work and it had already been a couple weeks without, i gave them a call to let them know and they said they need to check it out (what i don't know because i already added oil) but i don't live in walla walla so said i could bring it Monday. They didn't give 2 shits and told me basically I'm screwed because i didn't bring it in the day i noticed. I was willing to give you all another shot if you made it right by giving me a partial discount, or said the next one is on us, something. Garbage employees!!! Edit with pics. Finally got down there and this is what they used. That seal is GONE on both sides. They should have replaced it or at a minimum mentioned it!! Now I'll be putting even more oil in cause it was all gone again. That makes 10qts plus what ever they put in.
