I am assuming the Chehalis location management issues start at the top and this would explain why the Chehalis location is consistent with leaving with a dirty vehicle. Keep driving
- BMBilly MoreyAug 3, 20261.0Better value at the competition!!! I've now been to this Quik Quack location twice, and both visits have been disappointing. This place charges premium prices and constantly pushes memberships, but the experience doesn't come close to matching what you're paying for. The drying towels that are supposed to be available? None. Not the first visit, and not the second. The compressed air stations are another joke. Many barely blow any air at all, and every single rubber safety tip has been removed from the nozzles. Those rubber tips are there for a reason—to help keep you from scratching your paint. Without them, you're risking damage to your vehicle just trying to dry it. The vacuums are hit-or-miss. I had to move my car around just to find one with decent suction because several of them were so weak they were practically useless. The trash cans were overflowing, people had piled garbage everywhere, and there were flies all over the area. For a business that markets itself as a premium car wash, that's unacceptable. I've spent about 45 minutes here today, and the place just doesn't appear to be maintained. There were employee vehicles parked here, but the supplies weren't stocked, the trash wasn't emptied, and the equipment wasn't being kept in working order. What really gets me is the constant push to buy a membership. Why would I commit to a monthly membership when the basic amenities that are advertised aren't even available? It feels like a bait-and-switch: sell the premium experience, then fail to deliver it. I don't mind paying premium prices when I receive premium service. But when the towels are missing, the air compressors barely work, the vacuums are weak, the trash is overflowing, and the equipment isn't maintained, it's simply not worth the money. Until this location starts maintaining the facility and delivering the experience customers are paying for, I can't recommend it.

Not sure how that was possible but very disappointing, especially after spending $32 !!! Definitely NOT worth another try !! The only positive thing i can come up with was the vacuums were great!!

Quick quack for surely is the correct name for this dump...Took my brand new Tundra thru this car wash and it came out looking just like it did going in...bugs on the front end and pollen still all over it...it is a rip off...I paid 27.99 to get #3 duck hot ceramic coating can not even tell it got put on...it is a bad place to go...I would never recommend their place to anyone...if it can not even wash away a little pollen ... I gave a one star due to the name says it all quick for quacks... and this quack won't ever go to that crap hole again...

Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
