I recently worked with Matt while helping my girlfriend purchase a new car, and the experience was honestly exceptional from beginning to end. We test drove numerous cars over the course of the process, and Matt was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the differences between vehicles, and make sure we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went for us. When we weren’t able to make it back to the dealership, Matt actually drove the car out to us himself so we could still move forward with everything. That level of customer service and dedication is rare these days and made a huge impression on both of us.
Matt made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

David Spath, Vehicle Acquisition Manager, has gone above and beyond introducing me to and teaching me about my new car. He is honest, experienced, and helpful. Business Manager Thad London is very kind and thorough. He created a calm and trusting atmosphere in his office, which in turn made me confident in my purchase. I had an amazing experience with the service department at this Honda dealership. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and thoroughly.
It’s hard to find a service department that makes you feel valued as a customer, but this team absolutely does. The staff went above and beyond to provide honest service and great communication. I ended up buying the vehicle. There was a discrepancy between the price posted online and the actual price. They honored the online price from the price we already negotiated. My salesman's name Nathan Pru!
My 1rst interaction was with "Matt" this morning. Its wasn't great at all.
He was outside the door like a bouncer. I said I was looking for a used vehicle and if there was a catalog and he said "everything is online" looked at me with sarcasm and let me walked away. I didnt even made it inside the building. He didnt offer to show me inside the website or such.
Then I went back into my vehicle, I looked at the online catalog. I decided to walked in and upon entering he looked at me and said "welcome again" with a sarcastic tone. I asked about a specific vehicle that online its said that is available and FULLY inspected. "Matt" said that it is NOT inspected and that the vehicle needed to be fixed. His response though out the conversation was "Im just covering down".

Just purchased our second Ridgeline with Interstate. Worked with Nathan and had a great experience. Easiest and quickest purchase ever. We did everything over the phone. He arranged for a dealer trade for the color and model we wanted. He sent pictures once it arrived at Interstate. He FedExed purchase paperwork to us as we were out of state at the time. Very happy customer for a second time. Ask for Nathan.
